Tuna sashimi is poor quality for sashimi. Ordered to go salmon teriyaki bento. Got home found out it was beef teriyaki. Canât trust the waitress also bad quality of beef too. So disappointed.
Celebrated a friendâs birthday there. Dunno how we can eat so much. The toro was ok, too much ligaments so hard to chew. Overall, it was good. Do not get the REI sake, taste like rubbing alcohol. Lol
Never ever in my life have experienced such bad service and food. We were here yesterday to celebrate my bday and the experience was horrible, from the food to the service. The food was really really bad and the waiters did not care to do their jobâ¦.plus they are rude! Donât come here, specially on special occasions!

Arrived 10 minutes before; had to wait 10 minutes although walk-ins were seated immediately. Had reserved a table outside which wasnât possible according to the host, who realized her mistake when she saw an other group of 6 at the table outside. Waited 30 minutes for some rolls, only to find out the ingredients were not available and it took another 15 minutes to get the new rolls. and last but not least; it took 20 minutes to make 2 welcome cocktails. Have been here before, loved the ambience and food but yesterday was a very disappointing Experience.

Jasmine was an excellent waiter . We met the manager fernie very attentive .
Came in last night and it took over 20 min to get anyone to serve us BUT after the mixup the rest of the night was very pleasant. The manager gave us extra soup and salad AND free dessert. Very good customer service.
Our waitress was terrible.
