I got the tres amigos monster burrito. It was definitely a MONSTER burrito.Flavors were there, but the meat was very dry. Adding a lot of salsa helps. Perhaps a different meat would have been better and I'll have to try a different burrito next time.
I show up today at 7:10 AM and sit at the drive-through menu for over five minutes with no response so I drive up to the window the girl inside the counter sees me, turns around and walks away. She comes back out I’m still sitting there, she looks at me and starts doing other stuff on the counter so I drove off. Horrible customer service if you want business I won’t be wasting my money here anymore even though I was buying four burritos a day.
Food is really good and flavorful! I like there’s a full menu and there’s plenty of options in food and drink. Service is great as well. Place isn’t huge inside which is perfect for me, but there is plenty of seating.I love that it is clean. And there is a drive thru! Everything is cook on order I think so you’ll have a bit of a wait. All in all for the area I definitely recommend giving them a try.
The food is really good ? so 4 stars , the only thing I would improve in would be customer service - the wait for 4 tacos was a bit too long for my taste since I am on a 30 min lunch it took almost 20 minutes to get my food
Heard allot of GREAT THINGS about this place and the Delicious Food they sell. Finally checked it out. I have to say Every thing I've heard is SO VERY TRUE. Burritos are Huge and well worth the money. If you want Mexican food Burritos Tacos and more you gotta stop by this Place. I will definitely be stopping back 1st chance I can....
My sons favorite place to get a burrito after baseball practice. Yes, the wait time may be long, but the food is good, and most restaurants are struggling with staff, especially smaller establishments. We've had at least 10 meals from here and haven't had a bad experience.
Salty and not fresh, only thing decent is there taco salad with shredded beef and or the carnitas. Management is rude.
Just moved to Chino from San Diego and missing the Mexican food so I came to Primos. First time I had it, everything was good. After last night, never going there again. There was barely anything in the burrito that it folded in on itself, AND I added rice inside. We picked up our food around 6:30 but I didn’t get to eat right away because I have a newborn at home. I Had to call 5 times around 9:30 and finally got thru. I understand your establishment may be understaffed or whatever and take what you can get but Minda makes your business look bad. She lied and said she wasn’t the manager and I’d have to call back tomorrow for my refund & hung up in my face before I was done talking…so I went up there. She loves to say “huh” like she didn’t hear you the first time. Kept trying to tell me I ordered something else last time because they always look like this … NOO. I get the same thing every time. Then puts her crusty nails all in the burrito and had the audacity to ask if I’m going to eat it??? After seeing the look on my face she said she could refund me for the burrito which is what I wanted from the beginning, yesterday was a hard day and I was really looking forward to my food but lost my appetite once I opened it. Sis had an attitude the whole time so she got one right back since that’s how she seems to communicate. Then I ask her if she’s the manager & tells me yes.. lol so I ask her why did she lie over the phone and she said, “ huh?” Lmao. Never Again.
The 1st time we went there (last week or so) the food was bomb ? must've been the chef that day . Today the food was just okay, and one of three fries plate had less than the others. But at least they don't screw up your order like other drive thru restaurants .
Terrible dine in service. We had to wait for almost an hour for our food. We didn't order much. If you dine in be prepared to wait for an hour. Go through the drive through if you don't want to wait that long.
