The food was okay, not great. The flank steak in my pho was really tough and even though it's soaked in juice it was dry. It felt like I was served yesterday's leftovers rewarmed. It did not taste fresh compared to other pho restaurants I've been to. My biggest complaint would be the loud music. They choose to play hip hop and rap, which is not very peaceful or relaxing in a restaurant setting. Don't get me wrong, I like all music; however, I didn't appreciate the volume of it. I had to ask twice for them to turn it down, and little while after we got our food they turned it back up. The young lady was not customer friendly at all and it really seemed as if the music was for the employees entertainment versus really caring that customers didn't want to hear the music that loud (there were only a few of us and a couple did leave.) Due to the employees disrespectful demeanor and the music, let alone the dry meat I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This review is not about their food. Their food is just average.The lady server seriously needs to work on her attitude. I asked for iced water and she just turned her back, walked away without saying anything, and brought me water. I asked for something else and again she didn't answer, turned her back, and walked away. The server did mention that they were short staffed and apologized for inconvenience.I wouldn't mind waiting and totally understood about their situation but that doesn't mean that she can be rude to customers. You should at least look at the person when someone is talking to you.
I arrived about 10 mins after opening time. Staff were friendly & welcoming were in the process of cleaning saw some trash under the table's so I conclude that the trash may have been there overnight.Staff did have a conversation deciding who to play music on the Bluetooth. Also for a medium bowl only 1 size #9 $13.47 total. The location can be very busy even now. Few restaurants close to each other.I love dining and enjoy the food.Everything is fresh. The food very good. Take out is packed carefully and just as delicious when you arrive home. See you there. Thank you Jackie!

The food here is amazing! Love me some Shrimp Pho and Spring Rolls. The only complaint was the service on getting refill was not great at all. I have also had there take out and every it’s been amazing
Clean, fast, always friendly and the food is so good! My favorite
