Walked in, wrote name down with 2 parties ahead of us. Told it would be a 10-15 min wait. A few minutes later, a couple walks in who appears to know the workers of the restaurant. They ended up getting a table for 4+ that was being cleaned up for us and another group which made us have to wait even longer since our open. Finally we got seated 35 min later.Then comes the ordering process. We have the menu of the day and see they have omakaze (100 each). We decide to go for it, the server says we get a free drink and is helping us choose a drink, then the owner comes and says they don't have any omakaze and if we want to order that, we would have to call ahead.... So why is it on the menu of the day -_-.We ended up getting a boat, lost the free drink, had to wait 35 min cause people got special privelaged over us, and the food was mid.Better sushi places in the city with better service and actual relevant menus.
I'm a sashimi lover and eat a lot of them from high end to regular. Their 30 dollar large sashimi is not fresh, falling apart, barely edible. If they somehow decided to sell these, sure but don't price them over $15 for 17 pieces. I was ok after dinner but now I feel upset in my stomach so I have to leave this review at 11pm. Gross.edit: and their wasabi-like green stuff is among the cheapest powder mix you can get from restaurant suppliers.
Place was so great! Friendly staff, good sushi, and around 7pm on a Friday night walked right into a seat. Glad I went here instead of other over priced places like RA Sushi.
I ordered to go and it looks very fresh. It was also really delicious! I LOVE the FOOD, I would definitely go back next time.

Need I say less you can see how fresh these cuts of fishes were. Not too thin or too thick, rice stayed together, very fresh tasting sushi that I have not had in a while. Will definitely come back due to the good prices and quality.
This place is amazing! Great quality fish and excellent value. Friendly, quick service, you can tell this place is legit. I can't wait to try the rest of the lunch specials and bento boxes. I highly recommend!
