Daisy, the manager on duty is amazing. She’s got great customer service. Very professional & friendly too. She also have a great personality. That’s why I rated 4 stars only because of an incident with one of your staff. We were at this location last May 14, 2022 around 830PM.There was this very rude staff that we reported to Daisy. If I’m not mistaken, his name was Olsen? I’m not 100% sure about his name but Daisy would know as we also reported the incident to her. This Olsen needs more training or if not, he shouldn’t be working in a company like yours. I truly hope you’ll take this seriously because if you don’t, you’ll lose customers. Your business depend on your customers & whatever feedback they report to you & your management, I suggest you take this seriously. Thank you

Went here some time in February, but I can't help but think about my terrible experience here. The food was prepared quickly & I enjoyed it. However, the tall young man with dark hair and butterfly pants taking my order was very unwelcoming. While I ordered, I received dirty looks from him (Not sure if it's because he didn't like what I ordered, but I was taken aback...). He also spoke to me very casually, which felt a bit strange.

I like Taro ?, and the taro balls are chewy.I come from Taiwan.Although Meet Fresh remained one or two stores in my countryBut I think that desserts are 100% the same flavor as Taiwan.I recommend that the store use the detailed menu on the cash counter.I see the simple menu on a monitor and the detailed menu shown in the other places.Overall, I will back again.

After dinner, we'd felt like there were still some rooms for dessert, so my friend said, let's go to Meet Fresh!I was surprised because I didn't know they had another branch in Los Angeles and of course, my friend's eyes just went up which meant, of course, this is LA, there are a ton of Asian Communities, don't you know?)Meet Fresh in LA differed from NY. Here, it's a lot larger space, fewer workers. Anyway, it was a dessert shop, so let's talk about our order. We had almond soup with Taro balls, Red beans, Sweet potato balls. Almond soup was a great choice, not too light nor too thick and Taro balls with Sweet potato balls were soft, juicy, and tasty. It's a great combination. It's not the best in the world but it's worth to try!IG: Director_eat_out #director_eat_out

I get the Tiger sugar boba here. They offer lots of variety but I stick to one drink. Service is always polite and speedy enough. When I'm in the area I stop by for a treat here

I came to MeetFresh for the first time today. Haily took my order and was extremely patient as this was my first time coming here and I was initially indecisive as to what item off the menu I wanted to order. The service was extremely fast and she, along with another employee (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) brought my group' drinks really quickly. For me specifically, my strawberry smoothie tasted really good, with the perfect amount of sweetness! All of the employees were really efficient and were working super hard during their shift, ensuring the constant flow of customers were able to have their items in a timely manner.Overall, my experience at MeetFresh was excellent and I am definitely coming back here again!MeetFresh please give Haily and the rest of the employees a well-deserved raise!!

Dear Reader,If you are reading this, contemplating what to get while scrolling through their endless menu, stop and get the Q Mochi & Pudding Shaved Ice. It's literally the only thing I get whenever I go to a Meet Fresh. Eating this shaved ice is like going on a sweet, squishy, and soft dessert journey. I think there are seven different toppings on this shaved ice. So. many. toppings. The interior is also very nice. There are plenty of seats and if you're trying to study, the booths have outlets as well.Your random Yelp reviewer,Daniel K

The service was exceptional!! And what we got was delicious! Will definitely be coming back here to try other menu items.

New kind of dessert in a Chino Hills

My cousin ordered some type of rice ball tofu bowl dish. 1st time there. It's not my thing. She waited 38 minutes. When she placed her order (9/4/21) last night, the person didn't say there was going to be a lonnggg wait. She kept going up and checking her order. She finally got it. I went up to the register guy asking if they could make up for the long wait. He said "Sorry there is nothing we can do for her."
