It was funny the guy at the drive-thru taking the order sounded like he was bored out of his mind. You signed up for the job and the amount that you're getting paid for you could at least make us sound like you're not about to fall asleep. Then his buddy that was handing out the food sounded the same way. When I worked at McDonald's back in 86 we had to sound pleasant and say thank you when we handed them the order and to have a great night. And not say it like we could care less
Horrible service. Been here multiple times and the staff are always in a terrible unfriendly mood. It took 15 minutes just for the girl to complete our simple short order. Waited in the Drive-thru parking spot for over 15 minutes. Finally had to go inside and complain only to find out that they lost the order. Had to remake the order again. Do not recommend!
I was waiting in the lobby for about 25 minutes for my food, I completely understand becasue I used to work in fast food, but I was the only person there and the drive thru was empty. When I asked about my order the manager Marisa told me “just wait” in a aggressive tone. And to be exact I was missing two mcchickens. The manager after came into the lobby and started eating.
Love how this McDonald actually mix my McFlurry correctly... out of all other locations they don't mix it fully. Those other locations I'll just eat some vanilla ice cream by itself. THANK YOU TO THIS MCDONALD LOCATION! ???
Rio Rodríguez is a really helpful worker and He was very patience with me while I was ordering through the drive thru.
Walked in went to register to order and the female ma ager seemed bugged that we came in. She told me the register was closed and to order at the self serve kiosk. Well the kiosk was not taking electronic payment so ended up having to order at the front register anyway. Wasted my time ordering at the kiosk because the manager didn't feel like being bothered. Sad to say the service was not good at all and the manager should be more friendly and appreciative when a customer comes to eat there. ?
It seems like everyone there is on their first day at their new job. Same quality food but it's definitely not fast food anymore.
We usually have a great exp, however it was horrible today. Out of a variety of food choices, order filled wrong and the line in and drive thru was extremely long. Many people came back due to missing items or wrong item.
everyweek we came because kid’s basketball course. And every time there is missing item of our order. :)
Over 6 min to wait at the RECIVIE window for 2x coffees and still got wrong no cream as requested. Plus had to show proof I purchased 2x coffees because it only had one on the board even tho recite shows 2. Ridiculous.. not even a sorry for the wait or misunderstanding..
