I ordered 2 Mediterranean wraps with Falafel(Vegetarian) with a side of fries. 1 wrap was made well, the second wrap had chicken in it. Luna Grill has absolutely 0 sense of safety and do not care about health conditions and well being of the customers. The order was for someone who is allergic to meat, luckily I decided to cut the wrap open to see the ingredients. This could've costed someone their life. When I called Luna asking for an explanation for this blunder they basically said call DoorDash we can't do much.If you care about your dietary restrictions NEVER go to Luna. They advertise about vegetarian options but don't practice it.
So, it’s a good thing that I don’t own my own restaurant, because if I did, I’d offer Christina, who I believe is the manager of the Chino Hills, CA Luna Grill Mediterranean Kitchen, a job! Every time my family and I visit this restaurant after we attend the second church service at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, with Pastor Jack Hibbs, we’re just blown away by how attentive Christina is and how well she takes care of us. Now, we’re not there like every week mind you, maybe once every two to three months, but Christina remembers us and welcomes us every time. I think many who are employed in the restaurant industry forget that their working in the “Service” industry or perhaps they just don’t know how to serve others or just don’t care to. I’m not sure what’s going on, but ALL could take a page from Christina’s book on customer service. My son works in a restaurant and consistently tells us that she’s a pro at her job, because he knows what it takes to serve people at a consistently high level your entire shift. It’s exhausting at times for sure! So, kudos to Christina and kudos to Luna Grill for recognizing talent and keeping that talent employed! This is the reason we keep coming back! The food is awesome too! So, applause to the entire back house team for keeping the food hot and consistent! We have never been dissatisfied with what we’ve been served! I don’t know who owns this restaurant, but you need to take care of all your employees! They’re the reason I’m motivated to write this review!

Food is really good “sometimes”. I hope owner see this. You have a great product, but no quality control. Meat is sometime over cooked, sometime it is perfect. Portion sizes changes depending on the server ? Consistency is important.

Not my style but went with friends. Good experience, new style of foods for me. Staff was pleasant and helped with suggestions. Prices about average for what you get, the food was good. I suggest trying it out, it might be your thing.
I wish I had photos but we were so "hangry" that we chowed down before I remembered to take a pic! The food was fresh, favorable and affordable. Can you believe this was my 1st time to LUNA GRILL????!!! IKR?! The main reason I am leaving this review is to acknowledge a Team Member. People take the time to complain but often don't take a minute to applaud someone. So here I am! I want to give a great big shout out to ANNE. Not only was our food great (she offered some helpful advice on what to order) but her customer service and kind heart was very much needed and appreciated. I stopped in after a very long "road trip". I was tired, hungry and frustrated! Anne's positive energy shined like a beautiful star! She really made my night and I wanted to thank her. Also... the store was clean and well maintained. I will definitely be going back to that location when in the area and now I am a fan of Luna Grill and will have to check out the location near my hometown. Really pricey for the quality of food. We got the chicken kabob plate. Chicken was bland no flavor, rice was and hummus same. Also ordered the gyro meat plate the gyro had flavor but was dry. Want some good middle eastern food, will have to drive down to Burbank.
It was a great family trip to Chino hills, we stop at Luna grill to get some food and didn't regret. The service and the food were great! Thank you Anne for your hospitality!
This is the BEST Luna Grill I've ever been to...and I've eaten at many locations. The Chino Hills store has the FRESHEST food, which makes it taste SO much better. The staff is very friendly and super service-oriented. Ann is knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will return whenever I'm in the area!
