My sushi was good. But my date didn't get her tempura. When we asked they told us sorry, but didn't seem worried about it. I get we came in after the movie 30 minutes before closing. BUT!! NOT TO BE COMPENSATED EVEN APOLOGIZE TO WITH MY DATE DOESN'T EAT SUSHI SHE WANTED THE VEGETABLE TEMPURA AND ENDED UP EATING A BUNCH OF EDAMAME. EVERYONE WAS HELPFUL BUT NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE OR EVEN GIVE US A DISCOUNT ON OUR BILL $54 FOR FOUR PIECES OF SUSHI AND A MISS YOU SOUP ONE BEER AND A GLASS OF WATER NOPE NEVER AGAIN.
It was our first time here. The place was nice and clean. It was less busy for a late lunch. Staff was friendly, understandably only a handful though so not sure when it gets busy. The server gave us the fresh choices and recommendations and after consideration, the all you can eat made sense for us because we were hungry. We tried the newer items, we never had before. It was fresh, with delicous complimentary sauces and everything came out rather quickly. They had a good selection sushi, sashimi, rolls and even cooked items, salad, tempuras, soups too. Couldn't take pictures fast enough, had to try once they laid it on the table. ?? It was a nice pre mothers day with my son. They gave us complimentary ice cream too.
Food was good. Poor service. Surprised us with a mandatory 18% gratuity. On another occasions, we would gladly pay that, but they took long to bring our drinks, half way through our meal, they brought our appetizer, they forgot my kids food…forgot condiments, didn’t provide utensils until about 10 mins after we got our food.
Came for AYCE on Valentine's Day. Service was great and food delicious. I don't even know the names of what we ate. We just ordered what caught our eye and could barely walk out we were so full.
This place is a pale shell of what it used to be under the former owners. They have changed their menu several times to weird amalgamations of what the dishes were before, to make them worse. Adding onions, or carrots to baked sushi dishes. Then when the customers call them on changing the menu without having updated it anywhere online, they try and keep a 30% refund fee for their mistake. In short; stop coming there, they gave up and don't care anymore so why should we the customers.
I ate All You Can It, and although the price is a bit high, it is very tasty and luxurious, and the amount of rice is smaller than other similar restaurants, so it was very good because I could eat a lot of sushi.
We dined at Kiku to celebrate my brother's high school graduation. We had a group of 11. Fresh rolls, delicious chicken teriyaki, fast service
It was good. But I ask the lady for a bake tempura roll.. the only thing that was tempura was shrimp.. make sure you read.. menu real well to see what you enjoy..
Not great value for $40 all you can eat. Food ranged from mediocre to good. Nothing jumped out at me as something I’d be craving in the future but all the dishes that came out were of an acceptable quality.
Should have checked my take out order before leaving. Ordered and paid for sashimi but got nigiri instead. Rice was a little hard, felt like I got skimped on the fish. Have been here before and had a better experience. Maybe just an off day?
