Seriously there is something wrong with this jack in the box. Its 3:22pm on a monday afternoon and yet their dining is locked while the drive thrus is running. This is the 3rd time ive been to this place that there has been something wrong in one form or another. Do yourself a favor drive the extra 5 minutes for wendys thats nearby
This might be the worst jack I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The first time I went the kids that work there were fighting to see who would take my order. I was standing there with my two daughters watching two teenagers fight to see who would take my order. It was insulting. The second time I went was 11:30am on a Sunday drive thru. They weren't taking orders because the staff was taking their lunch break. They told me they were on their lunch break and to come back in 20 minutes when the staff finished their lunch break. I have never in my life been told by a fast food drive thru that they were closed for lunch break. So I drove away. This is the worst jack I have ever had the displeasure of going to.
It was 10:15 pm my wife and I decided to grab some snacks and decided to drive thru on this store. While stop at the menu screen to order I noticed that no one was answering or trying to greet you. I looked and checked thru the window I saw two employees hiding behind the counter and I wished I took a video of it. I don't know whats going on with them. It used to be my favorite JIB restaurant NOT Anymore.
It's 6:40pm and I just tried ordering in the drive thru and the guy over the speaker said they were closed! They could've blocked the drive thru entrance so people like myself know that they closed early.
My wife and I ordered food here they gave her food to the wrong customer and that customer what do the bags with his hands gave it back to the cashier and they tried to give it to us Health laws against that I will not eat at this place again do not recommend anybody to eat there not safe I would give them a zero if I could
I ate the sour bagel with chicken the bread, the lettuce and tomato good but the chicken terrible imitation, is like the crab imitation, why? If real chicken cost is 0.60 cts the pound! Why use texturized soy for a $10 sandwich?!
Not all employees are wearing a mask. They requiere a mask to get service but the people preparing and handling food are not using them. I didn't want to post a picture, but COME ON!!!KEEP US SAFE PLEASE!!!!Btw, their manager/supervisor was there, not paying attention to the employees.I miss seeing employees with neat uniforms, great customer service, not with their hair all over their faces, slouching.Where's the professionalism?
Clean restaurant and restrooms, service was slow. Great food as always.
the morning manager here is incredibly lazy. refuses to make decaf coffee when i know they have it. just lies and says they don’t have it. its irritating.
Ordered a 25 mini toco box only received 15 they don't know how to count pretty sad
