This was my first time dinning at Fazoli's and I was pleasantly surprised. Decent food portions, very reasonable pricing and the food was good. The food didn't taste frozen or old and the bread sticks were also tasty. But most important to me, the service was excellent. Would have given them another star but the place could have been a little cleaner. I did notice some fruit flies by the drink station that followed us back to our table. Overall, we will come back again.
I ordered the chicken fettuccine, super disappointed the pasta was ovecooked and the sauce was disgusting. The breadstick were undercooked and doughy. Total waste of money as myself nor my daughter ate more than two bites before disgarding it. Definetly will not be returning.
Food came quick and I have always had overall good service and consistent hot and good quality food. Too bad there are not many of these restaurants around.
I wish that I could say this place was awesome but it was at best okay. The facility wasn't the cleanest and all of the food was way to salty.
Love Fazolis and this is a great location! We always stop when we are in town and wish there was one in northern CA
CleanWell litGood FoodFriendly staffHave visited location many times as a Doordash driver
My goodness. I dont know what I was thinking, why I thought this place would be decent. I didnt expect it to be real Italian food or anything.I had a fettuccine with bolognese sauce at a mediocre rundown diner House of Pies in Hollywood a few days ago and it made me crave the same thing today.Thats why I went here to Fazoli's. I only wanted 2 breadsticks they gave me 6. The noodles are rubbery. The kid rushed me out the drive thru giving my food saying have a good day, then I asked for parmasean. He gave it to me and then remembered my cheesecake. He was going to send me off without my cheesecake and didn't even apologize or anything.I swear I can no longer be served food by anyone under 30 so that means I have to cook again and only eat bougie from now on because kids can never get anything right anymore. And I'm not even that old, im jus old school and expect things to be on point especially if its not that hard of a job.Its my fault for thinking this place would be okay. My fettuccine with bolognese sauce at House of Pies was waayyyyy better than this and they are just a rundown diner.
Stopped by for a quick snack while driving down the highway. Breadsticks were perfect for eating in the car. And their strawberry Italian ice is amazing!!!!! Sweet and tart.
Been coming to this location infrequently since it first opened. Latest visit was not great.Location has looked better, windows needed cleaning, enough trash around to be noticeable, bathrooms were not great (see photos). Soda fountain was out of syrup and of soda dispensed didn't taste good. Food was okay, better on previous visits. Understand COVID has made a lot of stuff worse, but a lot of this was basic stuff that I can see that should be taken care of - makes you wonder what else is in bad shape that you can't see (food prep areas, food storage). Also, Cesar salads had no tomatoes or croutons, and only 1 had cheese. For the price paid the food should have been better. I can go to a regular Italian restaurant, get an order to go and receive a better meal for less. Strongly suggest you look at location before you order food. May have been staffing issues on my visit, but could just be how this location operates now.Overall location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, though shopping complex has lost a lot of stores, so be aware of surroundings when coming or going. Parking, counter, seating and entrance are accessible. Staff were just meeting needs, could be other stuff going on, but if this is how location operates going forward I don't expect it to last more than a year.
The lasagna is one of the best I ever taste I will come back for sure!
