I don’t ever do reviews, however this is my third bad experience with this store. The Supervisor was disrespectful! Although, I may have been petty about the Cilantro dressing but twice I was short on a little wetness on my salad. After my previous trip when I requested an extra dressing along with other condiments I was never advised of the extra charge of only .40 cent.? It wasn’t the .40 cent but it was the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And my Daughter wants me to include that The Supervisor threw “my little coupon” down.

Rude enough to shake their finger at me like a dog attempting to communicate that they are closed. Representatives wouldn’t come to the door explaining why they blocked off the drive through and closed at 9:30 when both online and their window said closed at the 10:00. No manager on site. So disrespectful. Always shady closing and hour ahead of time.. wont be spending my money here anymore!!

Chicken was cold customer service was horrible they got the order wrong to start with and the manager was still making a big deal for me to pay an extra dollar to correct my order. Never going back to this place.

Good down to earth Mexican fast food. Fresh salsas to condiment your food selection.

Really hard workers. They always try their best to get orders out on time and serve the food fresh/as-ordered. I feel for them because during rush hours (especially with the advent of online ordering), they seem understaffed. But, they hustle regardless.

Normally this location in Chino has excellent service but tonight the order box rep was rude, disrespectful and acted irritated because I was asking questions. I almost just drove away due to poor customer service. I expect better.

I don't like giving businesses ones but this place hit as low as they could have. 1st the staff here are all grown adults that should be better. I placed my order and after a longer then normal I didn't receive my whole order, not the worst thing but how they handled was inferiorating.I was missing one piece of my order and after asking for help two front staff and one cook had what I can describe as a weird exchange in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish but I could make out one person saying that's what I ordered as the dish I returned was being passed around. I gave them my receipt, they proceeded to cut a 3rd piece of chicken to complete my order then passed it back to me.When I got to my table and looked at my food the chicken thighs were cut in half yielding less than half of the meat available on a thigh mostly bone... it looked like a pigeon. The food was ok in taste but the experience ruined my luch. Customer service can make or break a business, I won't be back to this location.My expectations are set by the price at this point at all service businesses and this business dropped the ball.

I went to get some food and it was closed even Taco Bell next door only drive thru was open so I left and went somewhere else and I heard that a lady had a roach in her food at pollo loco so they closed and were fumigating but it doesn't make since why are they still selling food out the window, gross

They're cutting down everything. Less tortillas and less chicken. Pretty good still but get less. CEO NEEDS TO MAKE MORE.
