We used to love this place, so when we went here today 4/24/22 all of our food was cold and I picked it up right after being alerted. They used to heat the syrup for pancakes they don't do that any more. The chocolate chip pancakes my wife ordered came with some chips sprinkled on top.My potatoes were barely cooked (pictured as evidence.) This place really went down hill. Daughter loved the crackers.P.S. wife didn't bring this up until I posted this review. Her Mocha Latte tasted like hot chocolate instead of coffee. They did add espresso after we brought it up to them.
This was a visit the Manager made us "whole" for on a past delivery gone very wrong. Watch out when they stack soups. The tops are a thin plastic abd the soups so hot they break in transit. They need cardboard tops to match the to go cups n bowls.Its not only when things go right when you compliment and review...its also when things go wrong and are made right.While they comped us for our last delivery issues, we certainly weren't made to feel "welcome" or valued.We let that comp sit on the books for 5 mos.Not the friendly Corner Bakery we're used to from Laguna Niguel. Fresh Baked bread everywhere...friendly greetings and proper thank yous. Nope. We'll just head to Panera moving forward.The Manager just seemed disheveled and clumsy.
If So-Fi stadium can be packed with 70,000+ people NOT wearing masks, including celebrities and elites, it is absolutely INSANE that we need to wear a mask to order food.I took my spending dollars to a different restaurant that was not participating in the madness. Business owners, patrons, citizens--respectfully, please--stop, think. Stand for freedom.
It was actually my first time eating here. Loved it & great deals too. ? The food was very delicious & the salad fresh too.
Dirty, Cold food, Poor service, over pricedI have nothing good to say about this place. Eggs and potatoes were cold. Coffee was weak. Plastic utensils and plates. Paper cups. The floor was filthy and 10 employees standing around doing nothing.
I like this place I hope it all goes back to its normal ways. I enjoyed my pasta and salad, I always missed their pancakes I guess I have to wake up a bit earlier lol. Their oatmeal is awesome to. There is no seating inside due to staffing shortages so the only spot to eat is outside in the Patio.
Not only was it not very crowded, the employees were working very hard when it did get crowded. And when a massless idiot was standing up counter and happen to be over my food that was about to be served to me, I was very pleased that the staff there had no problem we making the order as opposed to potentially giving me a side of covid with my meal. They did a great job it should definitely be commended. Keep safe out there and if you do go out Corner Bakery is a good place to go
There seemed to be 9 people working behind the counter and the place was not busy at all, yet it took over 30 minutes to get two sandwiches and a cup of soup. The counter staff was laughing and joking around while the manager was cleaning trays. I'm not sure why it took so long to get out food.
Delicious food and efficient service. Love the curbside service.
The food was great, but the service was slow
