The customer service here is absolutely abysmal. I went in with a big order for my roommates but instead of the two 3-pointer bowls I had asked for they gave me two 3-pointer burritos. I had driven home and given them to my roommates where they noticed the error. I had gone back and politely asked them to correct the order, but since all I had brought with me was the receipt, they said I would have to purchase another two bowls. I only came in to get some food for me and the roomies before I got ready for work and I didn't want to give the cashiers a hard time by holding up the line in peak hours so I just reluctantly bought the food. They charged me 7.09 per bowl and burrito (3-pointers only cost 4.75) so they overcharged by by roughly 10 dollars. My roommate had a similar problem when he went in for a couple of 3-pointer burritos and they tried to charge him $20 for a veggie burrito. He when he refused to pay $15 more than he should have, they hassled him for 10-15 min straight, clogging up the checkout line. You're better off hopping on the 71 and heading north to the Chipotle in Pomona.
this chipotle got worse by the minute i was in there… for starters the workers were more interested in talking to one another rather than helping the customers as they were serving my food they were spraying soap around the food containers and cleaning around my bowl which was very unprofessional not to mention they were almost completely out of every item and served the least amount of everything from rice to sour cream my bowl was basically half empty. i guess this is what you get when there is no manager to keep their minor workers in place.
Do better, I’m ok paying $12 for a bowl, but don’t give me fatty steak just because I order online and I don’t watch you make it. Not the first time the online order quality lack. Do better.
Terrible just straight terrible. Theydon’t even dare going to this chipotle. They’re literally cleaning while making our bowl and think stuff is funny. worst chipotle ever. If I was able to put zero I would. Stop hiring little kids lol
Food prepared in the bowl messy. Flavor is one note. The barboca is very tough and dry once out of the liquid. Over rated.......
Worst experience ever. The GM was very rude when I showed her that there was hair in my bowl. Refused to refund my order. I showed her my receipt but she only provided the option of remaking it. Why would I eat there after I found a hair in my food? Store was very dirty, doesn’t look like anyone has cleaned in weeks. The GM needs a refresher course on customer service.
Pretty good location they have gotten my order correct each time and the bowls are always full and not half empty like some other locations
Same chipotle standard. Good food fast. No complaints. I only wish their marketing was different... Their sign read that their queso came from cheese that came from cow that spent time outside. What a strange flex. They're dairy cows. If you want to impress me talk about how the milk comes from cows who are graised on grass and self milk (yes it's a thing, Google it).
How can you be out of both types of rice and chips at 630 pm. Must be on a ship off the coast of Long Beach??
Needs to be more fresh sp veggies not so snobby people if people ask for more veggies or bean any thing they should with a snobby look sp since the pieces went up its not taco bell chep nasty place
