The employees and servers are some of the nicest and strongest servers in chino hills. We had an hour wait for a table and for food. They were clearly under staffed and needed much help. Even though the night wasn’t the best our server kept a smile and was apologetic and fixed every mistake. She made the nice good even though we were all hangry. Management do better!!!
Few days ago I ordered thru Uber eat , food came cold and leaky , berbeque sauce and utensils ( cutlery ) missed from the order and white sauce was expired which smell was bad as well as bad taste which was very weird to get such quality from Chilli'sI reported it to Uber eat and they took action by refunding my payment , however i decided to reported it in order not to happen with other customers .It was really a very bad experience
Huge shout out to John in the bar. His service is exceptional. He sat us and git our appetizer right away. He let us know the kitchen was short two cooks and it may take a while for the food as it was a busy night. Our food was quite a bit of a wait buy John made sure we were refilled on our drinks & chips and salsa. He was very nice and not stressed even though he should have been. He provided excellent service and when we did get our food it was cooked perfectly and was hot and fresh. Great work tonight guys, especially you John.
Food was great. Got the food in a good time, But first thing we ordered were our drinks kids got there sodas wife got her Margarita, I was waiting for my strawberry lemonade, Never got it. So I just asked for a water instead.
I had the worst experience at this restaurant, if I could like 0 stars I would! I experienced extreme racism! Being the only minority within the establishment I was already given “dirty” looks as if I did not belong there. I was very uncomfortable. The bartender JOHN was very unprofessional. I was there to have a drink during happy hour and I wanted to enjoy a shot of alcohol with my family member and the bartender kept denying us. Well, the bartender got really irritated with us decided to come to the table to “address” us. He came with a very hostile attitude. We told him we were very understanding but he continued with a very aggressive demeanor and tone. We felt very attacked and we did not ask for any of it. He continued to insult us and aggressively trapped our dishes from the table. We asked to speak to the manager but KARMIN denied coming to see us. We were told that she was helping in the kitchen and we decided to wait but after 30 minutes we became impatient. She never did come to address us to tell us that she was busy and she would be right with us. She totally DENIED coming to us all together. The manager didn’t think it was important at all to hear us voice our concerns for 2 minutes at the most. No one cared about our concerns or how we were treated in the restaurant. It was an overall horrible experience.
With so many dining choices in our community, I especially appreciate the Great service of this local spot. It offers a nice atmosphere with a wide variety of delicious entree options. My favorite is their signature Honey Chipotle Chicken strips! I really appreciate the courteous and friendly staff from the welcoming Hostess to the Food servers attending our every need. They all work so hard to make it such a fun, friendly place for our family to enjoy!
To start off, the table was not clean and the floor had food crumbs all over and a food stain indicating food dropped and picked up but the floor was not mopped. It took almost 20 minutes to get cajun pasta and the little guy who delivered the plate was the only employee not wearing a mask. Will not be returning.
Had a great dinner with my friend. It was a smooth transaction and dining last night! Server was also nice and has positive vibe while taking order.

Service was excellent and profesional. And Food was prepared and given quickly. Our server was attentive and paid attention to the details of our orders and was always friendly. I personally come to this Chili's with my family due to the amazing service.
