management at this place is a mess, if you compare any other chick fil a there service is unmatched. this location will take 3-4x the amount of time with less than half the people a normal chick fil would in san bernadino county. they have to write down their order on a piece of paper and go back to the counter just to swipe your card and most of the time cash is not allowed. if you want to waste your time go to this place. dont get me wrong. Their food will always be quality but management clearly has an issue here.
This place has gone downhill. The last few times there has always been something missing from my order. Even when it's not busy, service is extremely slow. Employees seem more concerned with chatting than making sure you have everything you payed for within a reasonable amount of time. I used to come at least once a week and won't be returning.
To each their own. I've had better experiences at Chick-fil-A's in other states. I've also had better experiences at other Chick-fil-A's in this state like Costa Mesa, Hollywood, Irvine,(which are blended areas) but I had better services in racist iffy areas like Barstow and Bakersfield...but this Chick-fil-A here in the Chino area has people working there that are covert racists and it shows. I given them a chance on a 3 occasions to see if they were just having a bad day and it's really the work culture of this particular Chick-fil-A. I know it's a matter of Blk percentage. If you're mixed you get better service. I've witnessed it on 3 occasions. This last time it was blatant. We all arrived together and ordered separately, the one of us that looked more mixed had no issues. But his brother who appears to not look as mixed was mistreated and not given his full order she faked like she took the order, therefore wasting other clientele time. The next time I went and they burn my fries and the drink was awful, but I sent my son to get different fries in the same breath and his fries were perfect. Corporate should investigate, I don't recommend this place at all. I dont true them to not temper with food, especially with covert racism running the circles.
Went through the drive thru...Part of my order was a sweet tea and a 2 pc chicken strip.Once I got home, I realized the drink was a coke and the 2pc was only 1pc.Disappointed...
One of the better fast food establishments. I believe the spicy chicken sandwich is perfectly seasoned. The sauces are a perfect accompaniment. The only drawback are the long lines during peak hours, lunch and dinner

Horrible / no service. placed a breakfast order online. arrived and got in the drive-thru line before breakfast end. at first no one was there to take order or to confirm online order placed. shortly 2 staffs with handheld devices. walk casually, talking and having fun of their own for long time not working! 15 mins went by still talking and not working, the line was hell long. finally started working, they decided to leave at least 15 cars that were in the line and just taking order from those car at the end of the line. when i got to the menu/speaker pole, no one was there and no one answer the machine. so i moved to the window. the staffs said they are canceling my order. claimed that to get breakfast items i needed to be inline before breakfast time end. no intend to fix their problem at all. blame on short staff. (so short that they can just walk around and do nothing for at least 15 mins). no apology. they were still handing out breakfast items to customer, which means they can still fix the problem but refused to. my kids have to go to class late with empty stomach.
Miss Lauren helped me with my order tonight. She's awesome. Very joyful. Hoping she's a manager of some sort cause damn was she on top of everything! More then pleased to have been helped by such a sweet young lady!
Chick-Fil-A is great. It's just ALWAYS busy. Everytime I visit no matter the time there is always a line wrapped around the parking lot. I'd definitely suggest mobile order and pickup.
