Food was okay, not great. Stars are for good service. Hung out taking in baseball games & sports after watching "Top Gun Maverick." Only concern is the bill itemized each drink & food item individually per persons order. Each as a separate line item. Confusion adding the total bill. After checking the bill we were charged for a drink & fries we didn't order. Recommend you check your bill thoroughly.
Called in my order in advanced so I wouldn’t wait when I showed up. The woman in the phone told me 20-30min. I show up and it’s not ready. They had me wait another 30min (1 hour total) and gave me no answers as to why my food was taking so long.I understand people don’t wanna be at work but I’m just trying to get fed. Ridiculous.
Ordered online for pickup and was notified my order was ready, but it actually took at least another 30 minutes of waiting before it was actually ready. The buffalo cauliflower was cold to the touch and soggy, the chicken wings were eh-warm-ish, but the potatoes were hot. I wouldn't order from there again. It was chaotic inside, even with several staff crammed together in the front area. Can't believe that many people working were not able to get their act together to get orders out and at the right temperatures

The never pick up the phones. I called while standing for someone to help me, and the two people on duty continued talking and ignoring the phones. Then a Rosie rudely asked if I had been helped and proceeded to hand a menu stating “here, you can go to the bar”. Terrible, terrible customer service. You first greet your guest and proceed to walk them yourself to the location where you wish for them to sit. Bad attitude and the worst customer service skills indeed.
Where do I begin? The tvs were blaring, louder than I’ve ever heard them. Took forever to get our food. I got the wedge salad and it was basically two tiny romaine lettuce chunks with a tiny chicken tender. I couldn’t believe how tiny it was and how expensive it was. My husband got the nachos and added chicken. Barely any cheese. Not even melted, it looked like they threw it together in 5 seconds. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. I wish I took pictures. We used to love coming to BWW, but this was so disappointing.
I visited this place with my family on Saturday afternoon. The wait for food was too long, we had to literally request the server to get whatever food was ready. The wings came without the usual sides like carrots, celery. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was not even worthy of price they charge for it. The sandwich had unevenly spread hot sauce, patty was smaller than normal size and looked more like $2 MD/BK chicken sandwich. I have been to other locations of BWW, this was not an experience that we would expect. This location needs to get organized as a team, they are doing all the right things that damage a food brand. I will never revisit this location.
Food is good. My issue was I got charged twice for my order. First they tell me it would take 3-5 business as usual to return money back to my card. Week later, no money and I speak to the general manager. States that it would take a while month b/c if the holidays. Which we know it’s not true. Never got my money back for second transaction. Very disappointed in the management.
ordered online and they gave the wrong order but the receipt on our bag literally had the correct order on it how that work ? and im preggo & my burger was raw.. likei get yall are busy but id rather have my food take forever and be done correctly than get speedy service. first and last time going to this location.
