Simply the best, all the time, every time. The food is great, excellent spirits and beer selections. Great versatile menu to meet all palates.Honestly, its the Team at our Chino Hills location that seals the deal! They're so welcoming and treat you with true authentic customer care. We've been coming here for 5 years now, and highly recommend this BJ's.Frankly, it's hard to find poor service or food at any BJ's locations in our opinion.Love, love, love them!!
Food wasn't coming out. Food wasn't cooked to expectation. And some little things here and there. Our dining experience was 5/10 at the most. A gentleman came to our table and ask how everything was. We voiced our concerns and he apologized and left. Things seemed to be back on track after that. He came back to check on our table again and this time he introduced himself as Kevin, the manager. He was determined to make things right as evident by his actions. Our night was definitely 11/10. Truly wish there can be more managers like Kevin who will conduct quality check on tables and make sure guests have a positive dining experience.
Was working on my motorcycle when a close friend i have not seen for a few months stop by. So we decided to go to Bj's and have a drink. We get there around 3:30. We walk in and its not to busy and we go sit at the bar..Since my friend had just came back from Napa Valley doing work out there we decided to have a cup of wine. Just are luck it happen to be happy hour so drinks were between $3-$7 dollar. My friend order us drinks and chips. The works and bar tender were very nice plus very on top of things. Very very happy with visit pluse my ftiend meet sum at the bar so all around was just a great ?..
Hey Bernard the manager thanks for not understanding kids with autism my kids have it. And can’t stand loud noises a 6 person booth opened up next us we ask if we could move to it we were all crammed up on a 5 person booth ask him nicely if we could move to it told us he had it reserved for a party of 8 , 25 minutes go by the booth empty next thing we know 4 people pulled up to the booth I asked Bernard about it he gave me a sarcastic smurk basically told us to F off! The only good thing was our waitress service never again going to any BJ’s restaurant by the way we were weekly costumers CORPORATE LISTENED UP YOU GUYS LOST US 210 dollars you guys would get from us weekly thank Bernard at chino hills what peace of work you guys hired.
Horrible experience. We made plans and reservations for 3 of us to celebrate a special occasion. Drive to the location and still have to wait for 1 hour after making reservations? What's the point of reservations? The host at the front was rude. Never coming back.
I’ve been going to BJ’s restaurants for several years and my favorite is the one in Chino Hills. There food is outstanding and there Chili is the best around. You will never walk away hungry or unhappy. The servers are all very nice and helpful when not knowing what to order.
Food was much better before the pandemic. Avocado egg rolls did not taste freshly fried. For the bbq sliders, meat tasted gamey. Pizza Hut Pan Pizza beats the deep dish pizza in taste and texture. Cesar salad was decent. But service was excellent.
Have tried ordering the pork chop for quite a while and they're always out ... UNTIL TODAY. Oh my goodness, it is the best pork chop I've ever had.
Let's start this review with the good. The staff here is great. Even on a busy Saturday evening, with kids jumping about and some customers going off about restaurant policies, the staff kept their cool, were friendly and attentive to all patrons. My hats off to them. These folks work hard, so show your appreciation and don't skimp on the tips. They deserve them (well, most of them do anyway). So now on to the bad, and the reason for the two stars — the food. It is sub par at best. The avocado egg rolls were a greasy mess. The pizza was a slab of thick dough with cold cheese. The tomato sauce was almost non existent and the toppings were meh. The salads were fine, but heavily dressed (get the dressing on the side). The Pizookie was also fine, but found it to be heavy on the chocolate chips., could have benefited from a bit less chocolate chipsIn short, if you're here for a couple of chicken wings and a brew, you can't go wrong, but if you're craving pizza or a burger, there are better and cheaper alternatives out there.
I went for prime rib and it is not served on Thurs anymore. Last month it was. But the Thurs tri tip special was a great deal and still came with a pazooki.
