They close at 10pm order at 855pm. They say we can't eat inside the restaurant. What? The cashier has no people skills so rude whe we asked about the menu she just pointed look there. For me was the first-time viciting and thinking of not coming back

This is my favorite Korean fried chicken place. The chicken is very well made. It takes about 20 minutes to make and it is worth it. They have a lot flavors to choose from. From non spicy to very spicy. My go to flavor is secret spicy. It is not spicy but the garlic makes it very good. The chicken is very crispy and it pairs well with the steamed rice. A bit pricey though. They have 3 sizes to choose from. The small is enough for 2 people. 10/10.

This place has great chicken. Service was great food was done in a timely manner. I will definitely come to this location again. Compared to the other BBQ Chicken, this has the best service and quality.

Extremely disappointed on the large order of gangnam chicken. They were not spicy, crispy or flavorful as the ones we had in Las Vegas. We went everyday during our Vegas trip because they were that good. Came home and found BbQ chicken here and was excited to try. Sorry your wings do not match the ones in Las Vegas.

They refused to serve my girlfriend and I 20 minutes before closing. Claimed you have to order 30 minutes before closing, yet they ignored 5 phone calls long before that 30 minute mark. The place was practically empty, so they weren’t busy. Not sure what’s happened over the last 21 months but apparently business hours are no longer business hours, and simply the worker’s schedule. Thank you for letting me drive 30 minutes to your place of business only to turn me away just in time for everywhere else to be closed. I will absolutely never do business at this restaurant.Response to owner comment:Posted business hours are the hours in which your business is open to do... BUSINESS. Your posted business hours are not your workers schedule. If you close at 10, you serve until 10. If you want your workers to start closing duties before your posted closing time, then the time in which you start closing duties is when you close. That way you don't have to educate anyone on what your hours mean. Because let's be real, if you have to educate people on what your hours mean, it is in fact YOU who needs to be educated on what posted hours mean. So allow me: if orders cut off 30 minutes before closing, that means you're closed at that time. So either you're stupid, or you've never worked a day in your life. Either way, update your hours so you stop looking like you're a mentally challenged a**hole.

0/5. Terrible customer service. I placed an order on their website which accidentally put this location in by mistake. I tried to call seconds after placing the order to cancel it, but multiple times they did not pick up the phone. Finally after about 5 minutes they decided to pick up. I tell him my situation and he says he has to speak with his manager and if he can call back. He calls back and tells me that the manager won't cancel the order and refund me my money. I ask to speak with the manager and he then tells me the manager is not available. After several attempts to get the manager on the line I just give up because I know I'm not getting my money back. It's obvious the manager is a coward and a thief.

Had a great experience at a different Korean restaurant with fried chicken that was amazing.Unfortunately this experience here was no where near my prior Korean chicken experience. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place for Korean fried chicken.

One of my favorite chicken places, a bit pricey and a tad of a wait but worth it. I just wish they would give dipping sauces included.

I lived nearby and have eaten for a year, and will never return this store. No matter how good the food is, the service attitude is extremely BAD, I ordered The mild fried chicken . They give me spicy soft chicken with full of sauce. I asked the cashier, is this the mild fried chicken I ordered? He said yes, less spicy is mild. I order it for children, cannot be spicy. He refuse replace it and keep pushing me order other one. It will wait 25mins. I angrily said it’s the first time I heard that Mild is spicy. He said in Chinese “Go hell your first time! ”. I am so surprised he say that, he keep mild face and say dirty in Chinese language to me. if i am man. he will not dare to say that to me. very bad service.

Chicken was too salty and dry. Wasted money on garbage. So disappointed.
