BR 31 Ice cream is always good, staff was very friendly.I only give 2 stars cause we were not allowed to sit down inside even though there were plenty of tables.The chairs were stacked against the wall and I had my young grandkids with me. I asked if I could pull out a chair so my grandkids could sit down. Was told they were not allowing people to sit inside and was told we could sit outside as neighboring business had chairs on the patio. I told girl it was too cold outside to sit with young kids outside. So she suggested we go inside Starbucks two doors down. I asked if there was a manager she could get permission from but she said no and apologized. I certainly am not blaming the young employees but whoever owns this BR in Chino Hills should use common sense. We just stood inside eating our ice cream as did others but we will not be back. All the other BR I've been to have inside seating.

Super friendly staff. Jake helped me out today and he was super friendly and helped me pick out the perfect flavor. The store is super clean and i definitely recommend coming here!
Nice employees very helpful
The place is always clean and the employees always take there time to prepare the ice cream. My friends and I typically share a banana split with chocolate fudge drizzle. We typically pick caramel and chocolate ice cream to go with it. I like the rocky road ice cream at Baskin Robbins because it has so many toppings in it already. They have a $3 special on Tuesdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. They are open late as well. The employees continue to change but they are always nice.
