TLDR: manager was extremely rude, refused to believe my order wasn’t delivered, then refused to give me a refund.Order family pack of wings and tenders for my family through their website. When the food was delivered, only half of it was is the bag. When I called the store to complain, the manager Xavier told me I had to come into the store to prove that my order was incomplete or they wouldn’t be able to help me. When I showed up, he made me wait several minutes, while he was telling his team a joke before acknowledging me and just threw away a food. I asked for a refund, because I wasn’t able to wait for all the food to be remade, only to find out isn’t possible because deliveries get processed through DoorDash.
Ordered online for my mom’s birthday lunch had it delivered to her since I am in Texas! And when order arrived they put no RANCH I even bought extra on the order because she loves it! So I called they wanted my mom to go pick up the ranch! So what’s the point of using DoorDash? Anyways argued with lady she passed me to her manager best they could do was offer me a large ranch for next time! What a joke!! Wish I could give zero stars ??????
Ordered a 20 piece wing for delivery with 2 ranches and received an 8 piece that wasn’t even made correctly, no ranch. I had to call door dash so they could refund wingstop, so they could refund me for the messed up order. Never ordering from here ever again. They don’t deserve the one star.
Wingstop is bomb. Lemon pepper flats. All day. Havent messed up an order yet. Always good wings. Cant go wrong.
Did online order got confirmation it was ready and when i got here still had to wait 20 more minutes after allready waiting 20. would not recomend . Wings arent even worth it
Rude bad service and the food was cold. They made me wait twice as long as they said and they even server other people who came in and ordered after me, who seemed to know the workers, before me. Gave me the wrong dipping suace too. Feel bad for anyone going here
Order a party pack with 40 wings and two fries. When I got home there were no fries in the bag. I tried called this store multiple times to resolve the issue and no response. About 45 dollars spent and now I can’t even enjoy my meal because I have to figure out a way to contact wing stop.
Easy to order online and pick up! Staff are friendly and I really appreciate the efforts they've put in to make it COVID safe. No indoor dining, everything to go, and the store is very clean.
I placed a mobile order for 10 wings, 5 each of two different flavors but ended up getting all 10 of the same flavor. I went back with my complaint to which they mentioned that they were out of one of the flavors but they can replace 5 wings of another flavor for me. I was frustrated at first but then finally happy with their super tasty wings.
I went in there and ordered my food with two drinks. They were out of ice which sucks but not there fault. But then I went to get a drink and they were literally out of all regular sodas and only had sparkling water again not there fault I get it. But tell me this before I spend money on drinks. Because I ended up having to spend more money on drinks next door at Safeway. I also overheard an employee telling another employee that she could go get ice and the other employee said no our manager said not to that it’s fine. Very unprofessional.
