This place is the cheapest place ever I don’t recommend you guys to go there, I found hair on my soup, costumer service is horrible, they don’t serve their meals with enough protein actually way too less than normal. Please take my advice don’t go there?!!!!
Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and very clean. Food is phenominal and prices are great, definitely worth trying out if you are interested! Im excited to go back and try more of the menu.
To me the food is 5 out of 5 stars because the food here is super good and staff is very great I’ve been coming here for a while and their Vietnamese food is one of the best in town the reason why I put 4 out of 5 stars tho is because the to go portion size is very small not compared to if you sit in and I’ve sat in a lot but most of the time I get to go orders and I feel like I always get ripped off on the size portion because the way they pack to go orders but when you get it to go you don’t really get much food due to their style packaging and also they need to update their prices now because it used to be the best spot for great food for cheaper price but now their prices went up drastically from like 8$ to 13$ and they have such small to go portions so that’s my only big complaint! I didn’t care much when it was 8$ or wen it raised to 10$ dollars because it was really good and still better then a lot of places but now that its 13$ plus tax so the portion part needs to be stepped up and they just need to take everyone’s opinions into consideration so that’s my honest review and positive criticism
I went here to do some wedding planning with my fiance. It got a little awkward toward the end because I told him I had chosen to marry the vermicelli instead.
I wouldn't know if it was specifically the shaken beef because that's what I ordered but I feel ripped off paying 15$ each for a literal handful of good but nothing special beef, mostly rice and a peice of lettuce, when teriyaki house is cheaper and has quadruple the amount of food so in the end I was left pretty disappointed. P.S prices on photos of menu are not all accurate.
I usually go here for pho, but today, I walked in and the lady looked at me and said “oh my god, you got fat and your face” (started puffing her face). I don’t know what her intentions were but I was not greeted but instead judged by my physical appearance before she sat me down with a menu. I felt so discouraged to eat there and could not finish my meal so I paid and tip quietly before leaving. I don’t want to support a business who makes their customers feel uncomfortable. My last time going here.
The spicy-hot, rice vermicelli soup with beef shank, ham hock, and onions is excellent. The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful.
Excellent food. Very helpful waitress. The interior of the place isn't very appealing but it is clean. The food and service are wonderful.
Honestly, the best Vietnamese food in Chico! The bun bo hue can't be beat, their egg rolls are deliciously crispy, and their summer/salad rolls are delightfully fresh and light! We've really grown to love this restaurant and have been back many times and will continue to do so in the future!
Pretty great pho bowl options. I ordered the rare beef bowl and was bummed to get some pretty overcooked beef portions that were very tough. Other than that, all the noodles and veggies were delicious! Atmosphere could use some sprucing up, but pretty comfortable overall. Very nice & attentive staff!
