Great place for coffee. Awesome pastries. And, the lunches are really good. They also have fresh baked breads!
There cinnamon rolls are nasty and hard . I asked for mine to be warmed up with some butter they gave it to me a little warm with the butter in a little container real cold and hard on the side. Then I asked if she could soften the butter she said she couldn't I was dinning in, I couldn't spread the butter over the hard roll it was awful and not good at all. The girl was rude and the coffee is not good at all. Safeway makes better pastries and so does stsrbucks!
Had a breakfast meeting at TRB. This was my first visit. I fell in love with the coffee and the orange sable cookies.
Bran muffin had at least 3 times the salt as the recipe should have had. Tasted by 3 people who all agreed the salt content was so high it was not edible
I couldn't help but take a picture of these lemon bars. The berries are dusted with gold and look simply elegant. Croissants are my favorite in town. Can't leave without a bag of their English muffins. They are always busy but always friendly.
This place is so good the Cuban was really just wow, their pickles are made here and the salads are to die for. I recommend you get the Mojito tea I don't like it from anywhere but here. Will definitely be coming back.
Not the place for donuts but they have the best challah bread I've ever had. And their cinnamon kronuts made me a convert.
The pastries are very good. The coffee is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy. We will be back!
Great service. Need to warm pastry a little if eaten in store. Quiche was very tastey. Moca needs to be warmer when served.
Finally made it to Chico early!I was told about this place from a new friend I met at the dog park. What a treat!Started with a bear claw. Probably the best I have ever had. The filling tasted of fresh ground almonds perfectly sweetened surrounded by a tender pastry and topped with power sugar.Ham and cheese croissant. It was good. I liked the cheese.Breakfast bun. Layers of buttery goodness with cinnamon and sugar. Nice chewy outer layer, golden brown.Lemon croissant! Lemony, buttery and the wonderful pastry. So good. Any lemon lovers dream. I wish I bought a second one for later.Chocolate dipped macaroons. Chewy and delicate. Good chocolate dip on the bottom.Best for last. I don't know the name. Salted caramel tart with chocolate ganache. I felt this was a dessert that made me feel like I had visited Paris. The tart crust was firm and flaky the perfect vehicle for the salted caramel filling. The filling was decadent, smooth and lightly salted with chunks of salt. Only to be outdone by ganache. Do not leave this bakery without one of these to share with a friend.
