Bad hostess experience. I brought my family in for lunch. I asked the hostess if we could sit outside. She pointed out that most of her available seating was in the sun, then pointed to an empty table for four in the shade and said "oh wait it looks like I have one in the shade". She then proceeded to sit us in the sun and sat a couple that came in behind us in the shady spot for four, when there was another table for two available in the shade. Either this hostess is terrible at her job or this was done on purpose? Either way, I won't be going back.Update: Thank you for the response from the owner. This happened on June 6th somewhere between 12PM and 1PM. I'm really not out to get the employee in trouble. I was really just puzzled by the whole thing. I contemplated asking for her thought process in regards to the whole thing when I was there, but decided against it.
The people inside the restaurant were very nice, and our tea was delicious. However that’s where the compliments end. Our waiter Mick was very blatantly rude to us. Out of our 5 dishes, we enjoyed one- miso soup. If you are looking for Japanese food, this is not it. They served the chopsticks on the plate which is widely known to be incredibly disrespectful. I didn’t see a single employee who wasn’t white. This is the most American sushi I’ve ever eaten.
Redding Store:….Showed up at 11:30 the opening time on Sunday. A gal Came to the door and said they wouldn’t be open for another 15 minutes because the bar was open till three in the morning the night before and they weren’t ready. What restaurant does that? Needless to say three cars in the parking lot left. I would’ve really liked to have tried it but it didn’t sound promising when the restaurant doesn’t open on time. They could’ve seated us but didn’t even want to try. Sad
I didn't take photos cause I was so excited to eat, we will be back!!!! My wife doesn't eat sushi and they were more than happy to accommodate! 5 didlfferent kind of rolls(10/10) one Nagiri yellowtail (7/10) 4 cocktails (7/10) all for just north of $100. Service was a 8/10 and not for lack of our server but I believe she may have had a few to many tables. Food arrived in a timely manner and was able to park the harley right across the street!!!! Def recommend giving it a shot!!! Making me hungry just writing the review!!
One of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The food is killer and the flavors are on point. The oyster shooter's with a quail egg is a must try. Thank you to all the amazing staff for your great service.
Wow! They have gluten free tempura! it’s the first time I have eaten tempura in 6 years. Soooo yummy! Our waitress Abby was super knowledgeable and great with making sure everything was gluten free. It was the best meal i’ve had in years, great flavor.Will be back!!Thanks so much

The waiter was awesome. We had a nice table outdoors. The food was great. Rolls weren't too big but taste and price was great.
They are the best in their catagory of infusion & Sushi in the county and beyond. They produce amazing food, courteous staff & beautiful outdoor & inside dining!!! 5 out of 5 star rating!!!
