Always such a good experience at this place! The food is amazing and they are super fast with each order!! I’ve never waited more than 5-7 minutes for my food! They’re great, kind and quick!!This is the combo #2 and I ate a few of the sweet & sours before taking the pic!
Both locations have great food. Huge portions and fresh veggies.
Not too bad except the price went up for the food and it was a little bit too much for what I got tons of rice very little meat very little vegetables and they change the sauce it's not teriyaki sauce at all it's just honey with a little bit of soy sauce and that's not what I wanted when I pay for it! The quality of service has gone downhill really bad and I'm tired of people using covid as an excuse for the poor service!!!
This place is not what everyone hyped it up to be. Idk if it was just the timing or whatever. But I ordered 2 #1 combos & a #2 combo. The sweet girl that took my order was friendly. I waited about 7 minutes for the food. Excited to finally have Teriyaki House that my neighbors bragged about. Only to get home & open our plates to dry & burnt chicken & beef. The rice was wet wet, I hate soggy rice. Disappointing! I’ll give it another try just not anytime soon.
Great food, friendly staff. And of course it's Teriyaki baby, so if that's your grove. Get it!
So very upset with the service and my Chicken Teriyaki bowl. I phoned in my order and was told 20min. It took 45mins for my order. Then when I got home and opened my bowl the chicken was burnt n dry. I love Teriyaki House, never had a bad experience there. What the heck. So disappointed.

Food is ok, but well priced and always quick. Their girl Macy is the star of the show with a one-of-a-kind smile, energy and personality. I think she's my spirit animal. Ordinary food; extraordinary staff.
Great little restaurant with fine in or pickup. The menu is one of the simplest I've seen with one of my favorites, sweet and sour pork.
