This is the first review I've written! Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! The customer service there is horrible. I waited 30 minutes for my order. Customers that came in after me received their orders before I did. The lady that took my order before she went on break received her food before I did. When I opened the box to the mexican pizza I could see it had been thrown together and fell apart when I tried to eat it.
Okay, today was my first time going to this Taco Bell and boy was I dissatisfied. My cousin and I ordered a super simple snack with low expectations, I mean common, it’s Taco Bell they’re not gunna be perfect. But! I ordered a bean burrito with extra cheese and the only cheese that was on that burrito was in the very last bite very heartbreaking. Ordered a beefy five layer burrito with no sour cream thankfully didn’t get any sour cream but there was not even one scoop of stuff, legit mostly tortilla. Ordered a bag of cinnamon twists only twists no cinnamon, these are my favorite snack! I’m having a hard time right now and this broke my heart. But thankfully, I ordered nacho fries, they were seasoned and hot thank you very much for that I was very satisfied with the fries, but everything else completely ruined the experience. Never spending a single cent at any Taco Bell ever again. Not until these workers start WORKING! And just to add on my cousin left a $20 tip in cash because he was feeling nice. I feel betrayed.
Taco bells are always very hit and miss. When done right, their food is very good but it's not often that happens. Today my cheese was not melted in my Quesarito and that ruins the whole thing. Having a quesadilla without melted cheese defeats the purpose so it's always upsetting when that happens.

03/06/2023 At about 8 pm probably the worst crew that's worked here in awhile. They gave me the wrong order I went inside to try and get my original order only to watch them give wrong orders to 3 other people. All while 3 people inside the taco bell where waiting for orders for 30 mins. One of them waiting for just a couple tacos. I'd try to avoid coming to this Taco Bell, I ended up leaving without my original order because no one was attending the front ?.
Worst Taco Bell Ever! Never has the food on special, always missing items from order, and not customer service friendly. Always an awkward interaction with the staff. I hope Taco Bell reads these.
The food was great but the wait time after ordering was lengthy (nearly 15 minutes) for a couple burritos.
It's Taco Bell. Consistent most every time. I will say since doing away with the good menu [dorito style] items, etc my need for TB has quite diminished. Better luck next time
I always check my order here. Can't remember when I last got a correctly filled order. This time was missing the chips for the nachos, spoons for the potatoes and the soft taco was about a third full. They did supply the missing items and remake the taco quickly. So as long as you take the time to check, they'll fix it. Super friendly staff.
My boyfriend and I have lived by this taco bell for many years, so we have gone probably once or twice a month most months. I keep my expectations at zero, but my boyfriend still has hope every time only for it to be crushed as they have gotten our order fully correct maybe 10% of the time, and that's being generous. Then, as you can see in the reviews, it got a million times worse after covid and is still as bad as everybody says. Skip this taco bell for sure. Cherry on top- about two months ago I went inside the taco bell and the cashier was doing a shift change or something, which is fine, and told me it would be a minute. But.. they never came back and the 6+ people making food and doing drive thru seemed to think I was standing at the counter to admire their idiocy. It took ~10 minutes for somebody to finally come take my order, and it was clear they hadn't just not realized I hadn't been helped. They simply didn't care at all.(I'm not sure if it was 10 minutes, because just standing there makes time seem to pass much slower, but it was AT LEAST seven or so times longer than one should ever spend waiting for an order to be taken at a taco bell, especially with how many people were working. I was ordering 2 items... would have taken a minute or less to do the whole transaction, but they couldn't find the time as they were too busy failing tremendously at being decent employees, as usual at that location.)
