Every time I go here it's super slow. Today really takea the cake. Drive through had many cars as usual and the line wasn't moving. So I decided to park and go inside. I waited 5 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there and then another 5 minutes before they said they would be with me shortly. I counted at least 5 people on duty at the time and they were all moving so ridiculously slow, leaving the front registers unattended. Never again.
Waited 30+ minutes for my order, just for it to be wrong. I usually give the workers there the benefit of the doubt since i've worked in the food industry and it can be frustrating. But if they are going to take at least 30+ minutes, at least get the order right. Especially if i'm spending $20+ Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. (Around 10 p.m. is when i ordered)
i went to go get a little snack you know to finish my day and this employee named celeste was being beyond unprofessional. there was a man that wasn’t very wealthy. he requested a order off of the dollar menu and she asked for his name to ring him in the back because the register was being refilled. she asked him to write his name on a piece of paper with the card reader pen. she told him to press hard so his name would be pressed into the paper. her boss told her at least 5 times to get the man a pen and she kept refusing and when home girl finally did she threw a little fit. the gentleman received his food and didn’t get what he asked for. he expressed that he was disappointed and she was being very inconsiderate. once he said that he wouldn’t come anymore she literally laughed in his face. my problem is her.
This location makes it seem like making their menu is technical most of the times I’ve been there. I’m talking 30-60 minute wait times with only a few vehicles in front of you. The food is good but you might starve waiting for it!
Waited in line 25 minutes, was told a total at the drive through then a different total at the window. This location rarely gets an order right, either missing items or wrong items all together. They never greet you, just open the window and say the total, and shut the window after they hand you your food. I've had experience in food service and they give at best, the bare minimum with customer service.
Terrible Taco Bell. The worst I experienced. As a DoorDasher you can not pick up more than one order at a time, even if the food is ready and sitting around getting cold. ??♀️It’s the opposite of efficient. I don’t know how they will stay in business. I will never eat here.
Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru from 6:19-6:43 on a Sunday Evening..... Taco Bell used to be quick... Slow AF food more like it..... only go to the Taco Bell on 20th st. The other two in Chico are severely understaffed and can not provide good or quick service.
Drive thru was busy cause it was the lunch hour...dining room wait wasn't too bad. The order was correct, friendly employee but the dining room needed to be cleaned.
10 minutes per car in the drive thru. Shame on management and corporate for putting their workers thru short staffing. Keeping labor low so they can rake in more profits for higher ups. Disgusting. The drive thru guy was super sweet and cool though. Won't be coming here anymore I don't wanna support these kinds of businesses it's getting out of hand.
I think there were only two people working when I went and it was packed. They did an amazing job keeping the line moving while still getting our order perfect. I don't know how much they're paying these days but I know it's not enough
