Super bad customer service!! When I first pulled up to the drive through she forgot to give me my coke, straws, and my sauces I had asked for. I left and had to come back because they gave me a completely different order and they supposedly “fixed” my order and when I saw my food there was one chalupa missing and it had lettuce and tomatoes in it! I’m going to put a demand on them because my boyfriend is allergic to it. Really bad attitude and they can’t be careful with what they give out ?!

Been waiting for the Mexican pizza. On 5/20 went to 20th street location and there was a sign on the door that said they didn't open till 9. Then there's a sign that says we have no sour cream and no Mexican pizza. How can they have no Mexican pizza when it just came out on the 19th and they've been advertising yet for months? So we picked something else got back and there was sour cream in the items we picked. When we were ready to pay they told us it had to be exact change or card only. This is probably why they have a posting for general manager this there this location definitely need some help.

You should probably make a more clearly written sign or listen to a customers question when you reiterate what the sign says.It says for take out, great! I would like to take my food out. Nowhere does it say you cannot order at the counter. It does say you’re welcome to order through your app, however; if you’re having such an issue with people trying to order through the lobby don’t be rude. Simply make it more obvious you cannot order through the lobby for takeout… ?

Read previous message employees arerude. Well fast food employees are oftenshort handed. They work hard! I worked at the downtown Taco Bell many years ago. Was extremely busy at times. Often an employee was absent. That meant the team had twice as much to do.. Many years later and much bigger population.....they work hard and my hats off to all fast food employees. Thank you for your service!Burger King, McDonald's, Dairy Queen, Big Al's. So glad and all others. Glad we have them!

4/18/22 4:53 The girl with the red/pink hair has a rude attitude when she’s stressed out. I’ve worked in fast food before so I get it. But, her attitude needs to be addressed. You can’t catch an attitude with a customer and expect them not to catch one back because you refuse to look up their order in your system and keep asking them what their order was.

Not very fast but I don't blame the employees it's mostly upper management and corporates issue. Waiting 30-40 mins for 4 items is too long especially after a long day. I wouldn't recommend this place after 5pm. Hope they're treating their workers good here. They sounded exhausted and tired. Hire more folks and pay more cuz these jobs take a toll.

This place is wack IMO. I ordered my food 10 minutes before another lady. While we were waiting, I hear my name. Apparently, a girl who works there had the same name as me. The entire 30-40 mins, I'm watching them make everybody else's food and talking about my name, then kept saying," oh, that's not for her, oh it's for her." Then proceeds with occasional glances to making drive through orders and the older lady's meal, Anyways, Manger did come out after 20 mins and asked if we needed help, but I was more waiting until the girl with the same name to finish rollin up food and change her gloves after she poked at the sweat bt her forehead and visor. Miraculously, after the old lady receives her order, the same name person gets off work. So, I'm waiting for another 15 mins as delivery drivers come in and out picking up orders. I get that they're busy at this location, but it was obvious why they didn't care enough to go in the order they received. After all that, thinking we've avoided unsanitary shiiiiiiiet, get home to find a mf'n baby HAIR on the crunchwrap!!! Smh!

can't follow simple easy directions when taking an order such as hold the rice. they should give an IQ test to these people before hiring them. I know it's hard to find good help but this is a college town right?

Incredibly slow no matter what time it is. I only go here to pick up food delivery, but almost not worth it anymore. Plus, came here to pick up two orders for UberEats close to Midnight on the 14th. On of my orders was for JC M, and I told the guy it was initials. Still, he gave my food to a Doordash driver in front of me in the Drive-thru who was picking up for Jayce B. And gave me the Doordash order. I didn't notice till after I left Drive-thru, as this is not a common mistake by any means. Called them, and was told I couldn't go back through Drive-thru. Customer was not happy that he wasn't receiving his order, but I told him I was sorry, and there was nothing I could do.

Very, very very slow! And not worth the wait... Food was cold and my order was wrong. Angie forever to get! Do not go to the Taco Bell
