Loved! their selection for breakfast. I had their avocado toast, the sourdough bread was toasted to perfection, nice and soft bread with a great spice on avocado. They had a great bread pudding French toast garnished with strawberries, I had to try it and it was delicous!Everyone should try Stoble, and they have roof top seating. Great view and breeze, a delightful great place to eat, oh yeah great cappuccino! What more can I say
It's a really neat Three Story Coffee Shop great for study, work, or visiting. The staff is great. The rooftop portion is wonderful and they do events like music say on weekends, and their hours are great Thursday through Saturday til 9 PM. The espresso drinks and the roast of the coffee are great; plus the kitchen puts out really gourmet unique options. Altogether, it's really beautiful. An average drink is going to cost you between $4-6.50, and they have some meal options for as low as maybe $8.95 like gourmet toasts. They're bigger plate lunch selections tend to be around $16 a plate and when they serve dinners they can be around $20-25. They also will do wine and other beverage options I believe.
A nice coffee/restaurant/lounge just like I used to frequent when I was in college back in the late 90s. The coffee is served in actual glasses not just paper cups. The Chicken Club with the crispy chicken, bacon and picked veggies was a great choice. So was the Grilled Cheese with four cheeses and caramelized onions. The Stoble Salad was decent but I wasn't a fan of the lemon dressing.They have rental office space for remote workers too.
Our drinks and food were delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was friendly. Some folks looked like they were meeting friends. Other folks were working or studying. So I assume they have wifi. There are three stories in this building to find seating and one is on the rooftop.
Fantastic coffee, which was what I was looking for. The espresso they served me was smooth balanced and thought out. They took the time to figure out how pull a proper coffee with what the have. That’s more than some places can say. On top of the coffee being to legit to quit…sorry, they have awesome rooftop seating. I’m only in town for a little while long. They’ll definitely be seeing me tomorrow morning…maybe this afternoon.

MUST STOP. Fantastic coffee. Roasts were great. Latte was balanced and well crafted. Pour overs and roasts were strong. Baristas were amazing. The environment here is out of this world! Three floors and well done. Shared work space available. Roof top seating with a great view and heater!
Wow, this place is amazing. The architecture of the building is ultra sleek and modern. The atmosphere and the food, the coffee and the staff are amazing. The concept for the workspace is groundbreaking in Chico, and I will definitely spend a min or two enjoying the food and studying. Very nice concept. Not only that this place has some historical aspect for me. My father lived in the old hotel upstairs way back in the day.

Has anyone that knows me knows I definitely love coffee and all sorts flavors kinds styles cups mugs cold blended hot with or without grounds camping style the only coffee I don't like is the coffee that's not in my cup, that being said this place was top-notch very clean very organized and orderly very friendly but I'll have to tell you there's a business in there that is so amazing I've got to give them props here in this description it's a business called "Angie's stays"... They are headed by a couple that are very warm and easy to talk to. After chatting them up I found out that they own and operate 'airbnbs'... No I was never familiar with what they were, but got so curious I actually spend some time in one of their properties... I got to say these guys are top notch! They seemed to actually be concerned with their "guest's" level of comfort and relaxation. (I never once heard them refer to people as customers) and wow property I stayed in was impressive! With a style that I think a lot of 'high-end' hotels (and even spas) would be envious of... Bells and whistles... this thing had it all! They didn't miss a beat! I don't think I'll ever stay at a hotel again. I had no problem getting a hold of them, there was no pressure on late check out or early check in, and there wasn't a tiny shampoo bottle to be found! It was all spa level treatment, nothing cookie cutter about it! Geez at any rate I'm sure I'll be staying at it Airbnb if there's again... And that's what I really remember about that sweet coffee shop because their office was in there! So cheers Stoble!
