Every time I go there instead of my regular Starbucks they are slow, rude, and I can't take the lady working there singing to me through the drive thru - it's super awkward and weird. I just ordered a drink and it's an iced tea, requires no prep, yet when I asked why I've been waiting for 10 minutes they couldn't find my order and turned their back on me, thankfully a nice worker overhead my concern and made an executive decision to expedite my order and gave me a free drink card...the two college age looking women who were making drinks really need some help, terrible service.
Normally I love going here but it's closed every time I go there for lunch.
Customer service at this location are over and above. One gal even sings your order to you. Whether you find that annoying or wonderful, I would recommend going there.
Drive thru is always full and takes forever but seems faster than going in. Order through the app for speedier service.
If the drive thru lady could stop singing and get my order right I wouldn't be drinking whatever the heck this coffee is

This is my recommendation for this specific location. Their coffee is great as always but, the staff makes this place. They are amazing. Quick, efficient and polite as always but, they actually remember who you are, what your order was and they seem to know when something new matches my flavor pallette. They are never pushy about updates but, when they offer I always go for it and have never been disappointed. This is how a local coffee is supposed to treat you. I'll keep coming as long as they are willing to have me.
It's not bad. Some days are better than others. Haven't been to a Starbucks that consistent yet.
