People who know me also know that I am a Starbucks geek. It is my 'happy place.' Well, this store is one of the happiest (& I don't even live in Chico). The atmosphere is fun & friendly; music was great; great service--especially by the only male barista there at the time (whose name I regret I didn't get) who greeted EVERYONE & made each customer feel special. It's good that the Howard Schultz 'Starbucks experience' is alive and well here. Thank you.

DANIEL, one of the Baristas, is AWESOME! Always remembers my order, ( even after just 1 visit) and I am always greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. He makes my favorite, regular, drink up quick, and makes me feel especially welcome. Wouldn’t trade his service for any other Starbucks! Rock on Daniel! Keep it up! ?
Went to this Starbucks for the convenience of getting a coffee right before we shop at Target. The two people working didn't know what a Starbucks double shot was, luckily we know how to make it so we explained it to them. I never do these reviews but the coffee was so wrong even after we explained it to them. By the time we got the coffee there was a backed up line so we didn't want to ask for a new one. We just went a long with our shopping. Fast forward to after shopping sitting at home, all four of us who got coffee here is now feeling sick. I don't know if they serve bad milk or what but after all of us got sick I thought I should write a review.
