Disappointing customer service. I was told the size of pizzas in my order were XL but upon arrival, I received larges, hence some of my guests didn’t eat. It was embarrassing and not cool. Also only 3 of the 4 pizzas were delivered because of “an accident in the kitchen” so we waited for the last to arrive and they were on the cold side. I called Round Table and the manager said there was nothing he could do. That is poor service. I won’t be going to this location anymore.
Aww. I love Round Table!!This one just doesn't really remind me of the stuffed crust with mini pepperoni pictures hahaha
Their pizza is so good but the only downside is they take kinda a long time last time i ordered from here they said half hour. 2 hours later and my pizza is cold and uncut.

The employee James was extraordinary on the phone! I could tell he was honestly happy and soooo friendly!! When I came to pick up my order there were TWO super friendly employees, the other one was named Kevin. I asked for the manager and told him how awesome his employees are, the manager was genuinely super friendly too! I could tell the work environment here is awesome and they obviously get treated well! Good on management! A good attitude goes along way and these guys deserve a raise. Kudos to James and Kevin, and the manger! And probably everyone else there too. Good job guys!!!
Good pizza, shame that they are unable to take a phone order correctly. It’s been a chronic problem.
Ordered takeout, showed up at prescribed time and gave order number. Was told it would be about 5 minutes. Waited 10, went up and asked again and my order had been sitting there ready the whole time. Another woman came in and they didn't have any record of her order at all. 3 stars for organization, but the pizza and wings were great.

It's a cool theme still but the food and workers have atrophied in quality over the last few years while geting more expensive. Visit the frozen food section for beter service, flavor and prices if that is what you are looking for
