The food is good, but it's definitely not a place for a quick bite to eat. A person needs to plan on spending 2 hours or more if they want to dine here as it takes a while to get your order and if you go there with a group of people, some people will get their meals before others in the group. Sometimes, others in the group will be finished with a meal before one or more even get their food served.

We have been going to Red Lobster since you opened throughout the country. It was was our families place to go to celebrate birthdays etc. We went last week for our sons birthday. We spent $180.00. The food was terrible. The selection was just as bad. My food was barely cooked. I always looked forward to your lobster fest. This time I didn’t see any selections I would want to spend the money. I don’t know what happened to Red Lobster but we won’t be back. The service was excellent.

The food was expensive and subpar. It's not what I remember Red Lobster to be though it's been several years since I've eaten at one. I won't be eating here again. The dressing was bottled and not the good kind either. I ordered fish and chips, but it was one giant piece of fish. That was a first for me. The tartar sauce also tasted bottled and once again not the good kind.I'm pretty sure I overheard the waitress being annoyed that I was sat at her table because she was due to clock off soon. She didn't offer me a refill and was quick to give me my check. But, even with all of that, the only reason why I'm giving a single star is because the food wasn't better than fast food.

This location is working hard to staff back up. Mostly in the kitchen. Hosts and wait staff are there and busting tail. The food was solid, I'd say about 3/4 was prepared well. One tail was a bit overcooked. Otherwise the appetizers and meals were on point. We beat the wait with an early dinner. No people waiting at 6 pm. As we walked out the lobby was PACKED with people waiting.

Only the third time I've gotten to eat here in 43 years. I enjoyed all of the food, the lobster tail was delicious and they even surprised me a complimentary ice cream for my birthday.

Last time we were there we ordered clam chower. You would think a big name like red lobster would take pride in there clam chower. Wrong it was watery with maybe a couple of patatos no clams.

Honestly, this was one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had. Gary, the manager, doesn’t know what he’s doing, definitely should not be running a restaurant (rude and unprofessional), and our meals came out dry, overcooked, and bland. This location is not worth your time. You’d get a nicer, more flavorful, and less expensive meal cooking yourself.

Slow but only because they were very short handed our waitress did awesome and great food.

This Red Lobster location was great! I am a vegetarian, but my friends and family that were with me ordered what they love most, meat and seafood. They were kind enough to make their pizza without meat for me when asked. The waiters and waitresses were so kind and were on top of making sure we liked, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back here!

We have eaten in pre covid many times and now we have done take out a few times. We have not had any problems with our food other than missing lemon or sauce but we can get over it.
