Not a traditional Mediterranean place.Was empty, food looked not fresh and the kid behind the counter didn't care much.Walked out.? are not for the food but location look & feel.
We love Pita Pit! The food is very good and the staff is great!If you've never been there, you gotta try! I love the Super Greek Pita! Very tasty!
My wife ordered a chicken Souvlaki Pita a few months back which I wouldn't have never known to order and wow was it excellent. I'm glad to have a new favorite to add to my lunch stops downtown in Chico. As well as the food, the staff is great and I particularly appreciate Thomas who is kind-hearted and great at his job. I recently made a mistake on an online order and the way Thomas took care of me very much cemented my good feelings toward Pita Pit. Excellent Food, Great Staff, I can't recommend Pita Pit highly enough.
The taste is a 10 the price is an 8.

great place for health conscious foodie
Snuck in today 20 mins till closing and the staff welcomed myself and my two boys in. So patient as I could not figure out what I wanted, even suggested some delicious selections. Decided to take their advice and enjoyed a falafel wrap, it was wonderful! Thank you team and host (young man, didn’t catch his name) for being so understanding and friendly to a tired hungry mom and her curious boys! I’ll be back just for this great service and I promise to come way before closing time
Slow service, way too expensive for a small. Eight dollars to build your own pita and it's smaller than my hand. Don't waste the time or your money. Many better places to eat downtown
