Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. If I could leave -5 stars that would be my honest rating. I came out to lunch with my teenage daughter last Wednesday, manager Bill would not stop looking at her, being inappropriate. I could tell he was being weird to the female employees on shift that day too, he kept touching them and they all looked very uncomfortable interacting with him. Owner Josh and Bill both kept touching their noses, playing with their nostrils and their eyes were so glossy and bloodshot. I cannot believe this place has been in business for so long, I used to be a regular a year or so ago and always had amazing experiences with the staff, as of last Wednesday I am not impressed. I will not be returning and recommend everyone I know and everyone looking into this place do the same. We felt so uncomfortable our entire time dining, we cut the lunch date short. Definitely an inappropriate place to bring a curious, inquisitive teenage girl. Just terrible.
This is a great place. Food and service!!! Good food selection. It is just a little loud outside. We were able to get a table quickly and we walked from our hotel (Hotel Diamond). I will go back.
Have been here a few times before last night and have been very happy with food, service has always been average. But last night was a whole different story.... Our server which I won't name because I feel they had to many tables inside and outside to be able to be a good server. Then food game and was cold but could never complain cause our service never came back. When we ordered we did ask for ranch and an extra plate, we got neither. Eventually we got ranch when our meal was half done. Had to ask again for a plate. Then we had to go find our waiter to get boxes and the check. They come to the table and ask how we want to pay and I had a credit card, they wanted to scan my credit card right there and I said I would like to see the bill first and guess what? When I received a copy of the bill we were overcharged for a drink,,,,,,,, Wow! So continued to look at the bill and saw that on the bill was a new 2% service charge that we were told all the restaurants are doing. We asked to talk to a manager and were blessed with Lexi (yes that was sarcasm) she came to our table and one of use said that should be posted somewhere like on the menu not a hidden fee, and she said we aren't taking it off your tab and walked away. Never have I seen that. The funny thing about all of this is on the bottom of the menu it says if you have a complaint please talk to management not yelp. Tried to do that and didn't work, you guys should take that off of the menu if it doesn't mean anything. Will never return to many other choices.

The staff is incredible! The drinks are top notch! Best service I've ever had! We absolutely love Colin! He was such a gem!

The girl with the flower tattoos behind the bar made my day, very sweet and quick with my drinks. Plus they have excellent bike parking 10/10 would recommend
I went for an office birthday celebration. About 10 people and ordered appetizers and a few drink. Everything was quite good and a nice environment. The only downside for me was our waitress. From the start she had quite a poor attitude and did not have a welcoming feeling about her. All our orders were perfect, so that kind of made up for the lack of customer service from the waitress. Even the girl being trained by our waitress was much nicer and pleasant. Personally, not sure if I'd go back.
Friendly staff, geat atmosphere. Excellent beer. Would not reorder lobster sandwich but other than that 5 stars
Good food and decent cocktails. Service can be hit or miss depending on who’s working. I go here regularly with my wife for dinner and she loves the shrimp scampi and fettuccini alfredo.
