June 13, 20229:00pmThe drive thru employee taking my sister and my order was very very rude so we asked to speak to the manager and when we got to speak to him explaining how rude the employee was to us he told us we had to eat somewhere else so we left. My sister and I can't believe that the employee that was very rude to us wasnt disciplined in any way due to her actions by her manager but instead was allowed to continue working as if she did no wrong. I pray that she doesn't treat anyone else the horrible way she treated my sister and I. We will no longer be eating there anymore due to how badly we we treated anytime in the near future. I also hope that the main management looks into this further and finds a way to resolve this problem and others like it so that customers like us are treated respectfully in the future.
Decided to treat ourselves last night and got a bunch of nuggets, kids meal, and some shakes. While they said they were out of some ingredients they worked it out and we were able to get everything we ordered. The staff was super friendly and even offered a pup cup to our chihuahua. Thanks to the hard working staff really made our night after having a tough week!
Attempted a drive through order and the lady interrupted and told me to repeat myself because she couldn't hear me, I repeated my order in a louder voice and she responded by telling me not to yell at her. It seemed to me that she was just being confrontational, so I left. 0/10 - Worst service in Chico.
The food here is prepared horribly. Over cooked frys, old nuggets, burnt hamburgers. Poor management.
Ordered 4C, Crispy Chicken Deluxe Meal with a Coke no ice. They didn't mention they were out of tomatoes a main component of the sandwich and my coke had ice. Not to mention how the sandwich like thrown together. Very Disappointed in the service.
I took my 4 Grandchildren inside for Lunch. The Lady who took our order was very patient as each Grandchild explained what food they wanted and then would change their mind and order something else!
The staff is very unprofessional and the employees coming in to work were definitely not clean. Had gross stains all over his clothes and literally grossed me out talking to the young man. Then they couldn't even figure out if I was waiting for the mobile order in the spot I assigned my order to. Very confused staff. I doubt there is a manager on site and really the breakfast sandwich was horribly represented for McDonald's and very disgusting so I tossed it.
The worst McDonalds in Chico, forever locked lobby, unfriendly staff, refused to give me a receipt after double charging me, and the food is generally less fresh than the other McDonalds in the region. Pick another place.
Omg!! Gross!! The place wasn't clean at all! Tables were dirty and the trash can was full! Sticky floors. I'm never coming here again!
Food always cold service terrible. They have really gone down hill.
