This one is great if you have kids, it has a built inside but in a different area, a play area for kids. It has a slide and music and so much more. Your kids will love it, mine do.But right now they are short staff so it was faster using the kiosk to order your food. The trash cans where so full there was coffee dripping out and making a big mess. The whole 1 and 1/2 hours we where there no one cleaned it up (because there where busy with filling orders). The bathrooms are locked and you have to ask for them to push the button for you to go in(hard with kids). There gave us one thing of ketchup for two things of french fries and chicken nuggets for kids meals. So I went to get more, and there was a total of three of us standing at the counter, not one of us got help and I stayed for about 5 minutes. No one person that walked by us said anything or even looked towards us.
Drive thru for bfast at 6:30AM. One car ahead of me and 2 behind me.. Took way too long for them to take our orders. My Breakfast burritos were small and sad.. should have went to Taco Bell. They need a new manager and more staff. Should have gotten out of there in 7 minutes but it took more than 15. Can't see how they can survive rush hours if they can't even handle this...
I don't know if it's only this location but I wouldn't be surprised if most mcdonalds restaurants in California are prejudice. This location, and their manager tonight, Erin or airen, are prejudice against people, like myself. I am in my 20s and I own a vehicle, as well as a debit card, normally. Tonight though, my truck is in the shop, and I rode my bike, carrying some cash in my pocket without having to bring my purse and wallet. An employee outside informed me that the dining room was closed, no big surprise there. He offered to ask his manager if they could accept my cash payment for my extremely brief and simple order of a quarter pounder w. Cheese and a drink. The manager, denied me the option to pay cash for my meal. Why was this even a problem for me? I feel embarrassed and discouraged about myself and my circumstances in life now because mcdonalds singled me out to reject me for riding my bike and packing light. I honestly felt tears when I doubled checked my account balance to see if maybe I had at least $2 on my card so that I could overdraft my account in order to get my cheese burger. In the end, I went to Arby's and it just wasn't quite what I ventured out tonight to pick up for a treat.
Usually this place is pretty decent, they have long lines that take quite a while during lunch and dinner. Food is typical McDonald's, if you like it you like it and if you don't you don't.That being said the employees can definitely use some training in friendliness. I had a big order for dinner, three 20 piece nuggets were among them. Sat in line for about 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me. Got to the window and when she repeated it back I said there should be three 20 piece nuggets, the last window repeated that part back to me so i didnt think twice about it. The lady said there are only two 20 piece nuggets on the order. I asked if I could just add it then since I thought it was on there. Instead of waiting another 2 minutes to grab those nuggets I was told I have to either come inside or go back through the drive through. I had to wait in line for another 20 minutes for 20 nuggets.I know I should have checked the screen to verify it was all there, but it was a huge order and wasn't showing all of it on the menu. I don't think it was right to make someone with a massive order wait another 20 minutes for some nuggets, knowing I just spent a bunch of money on a bunch of food that would now be cold by the time I got it back to the kids party. I've seen 100's of people add things at the window, didn't think that was the right way to handle things.
After a long road trip and no where open at 10pm the tall old lady in there that looks like olive oil from Popeye with the lip injections wouldn’t let my crying 5 year old in to use their potty. Extremely unpleasant came very close to my face, smelt like pickles acting like she just sucked down an entire sauce packet of honey mustard. Very unsatisfied their sign is extremely wrong. Food looked terrible too but what do you expect for tweakers that work at McDonalds.
Super slow. I was in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me. It took over 20 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened at this McDonald's. I don't know what is wrong with this one place
I just love the double cheese burgers and always can't forget the Mcflurries. Oreo cookie is my favorite. The McDonald's here in Chico still isn't allowing any dine in or even for use of the rest room but the take out line moves fast and the positive is the foods always hot and fresh ?
I wouldn’t mind waiting for my food if it was hot when I got it. I’m the ONLY car in the drive-thru and I still have to wait several minutes at the window for my food. Then when I get it, it’s barely warm.
Love their fries and chicken mcnuggets. Ranch is a must for my dipping sauce. They also have the best sweet tea in my opinion. Love hot cakes & hash browns for breakfast! Their drive thrus are always long though. I wish they would open their dining rooms. Workers are friendly.
The food was good but the service was the slowest McDonald's I've ever been at.
