Fries were terrible. Most of my fries were super skinny. Very dry and hard. My vanilla ice cream was amazing but I don't understand the waste of using a cone to measure the amount of ice cream and then putting it inside a cup when I simply asked for my ice cream to be in a cup. You don't need a cone to measure the amount of ice cream.Now my real issue is the window service. May 21st around 8pm. The person in the pay window couldn't hear us. Charged me for a large fries that should of been free because I used a deal code from the app. I asked for mellow yellow citrus twist and she told us that since the lobby is closed she couldn't get that flavor. Her head set for orders was taped together and she was not competent enough to be working a window. Now I know why the drive through is always so long. It's not because the food is amazing. Cuz it's not.LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE ANYMORE.
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to! The girls working were ALL terrible! I'm so angry I wasted my 50$ on awful food. The fry oil needs to be changed, the employees need customer service training, the tables need to be cleaned, all sanitizers needed refills, and all service was 15-20 minute wait for EVERY order. So many customers complained while we were there. I asked for sugar, and they gave me salt! No napkins and no sauce! We had to ask for everything and so did multiple customers while I waited for my order.
•Connors Avenue/Off of East Avenue•This particular McDonald's, mainly the night crew, is quite distasteful! And I'm not referring to the food. Though, it is rarely up to par here either. But the employees are always so eager to entertain a displeased customer! They seem to actually enjoy when customers have even the smallest complaint. So they can disregard them and make them leave feeling unheard and upset....but most of all...taken advantage of! It's disheartening, because I see it happen all too often...
Was disappointed ?. Was on our way home from hospital and stopped to get 4 cheeseburgers 1 small fry and 2 milkshakes. It took 25 minutes and other than 3 door dash guys I was the only person there. Our cheeseburgers were barely warm. Never will stop there again.
This place is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the manager is a young guy who is absolutely verbally abusive to the employees. On top of that, because of the poor leadership top down, you will wait here for 20+ mins even for the most basic order. I assume it's privately owned because of how bad it's ran, the owner needs to step in and take care of his business and be the leader this place needs, because it clearly doesn't have one.
Good quality, fast and friendly. Seems like a lot of locations are understaffed these days but they're still doing a great job with what they have. Really appreciate the hard work they're doing.
Checked on EVERY website and app and it said the Drive-Thru was open until 2am I arrived at 12am and sat there at the window and no one helped me or even told me if they were closed or not they were all sitting down staren at me. One lady in particular walked right next to the window looked at me and walked away. Rude af at least let me know if yall closed or not but all the signs even on their window says drive-thru opened till 2am
If you love your fries dripping in oil and coming out the bottom then this is the place for you! If you enjoy your chicken nuggets dark brown with a twist of fish then this is the place for you. For the love of God please change the frying oil.
You know I just wanted a Oreo McFlurry and they didn't even have enough decency to put the Oreos in the McFlurry like they put a tiny little bit on the top I don't know if they didn't feel like refilling the Oreo pieces or if they were just trying to be rude but I mean I know it's McDonald's and it's fast food but come on. It's really not that hard to put effort into making it shake. After waiting there for like 10 minutes he didn't even say have a nice day or anything like that like I was a nuisance..
I gave it one star so I could write this review. Cold. The food is always cold. I've come here at different times of the day, and never have I received hot food. I come maybe once a month, but no more. Other recent reviews say the same thing. Wise up, or you're gonna go out of business.
