terrible customer service. Half my order was missing. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awfully salty. macaroni was so watered down it dripped through the fork. Biscuit was doughy. Chicken was okay. Very clean on the inside though. Wouldn’t eat here if I were expecting a decent meal and good service.

Excellent service, extremely friendly! We tried them for the first time today. (My Son has been wanting to try them) I'm thinking it was the owners working.... Cooked the chicken fresh for us, and oh my goodness... My families new favorite go to chicken spot! Its juicy. It's hot. Its flavorful. Not to mention the price is fantastic. We'll now be regular customers. Excited to try all the menu items

Chicken is super good and flavorful! mac and cheese is good too. I moved here recently and have never heard of this I am glad there is one in chico. My family to tried it when they visit and they liked it too.

Mark my words, I'm no man for fast food, and if I could give this joint a 3.5, I would. However, this place did catch me off guard. Went inside and viewed the surprisingly nice (and clean) interior and surprisingly friendly cashier. Waited 30 mins for food, unusual for "fast" food. Food smelled good, but the macaroni and cheese was awful. The biscuits were good, better without the honey butter, but the chicken was actually really impressive. The only thing stopping this place from taking a 3 star was that they kept their promise, their chicken was crispy, crunchy, and quite good.
Horrible experience. Out of macaroni, mashed potatos cold with no gravy, biscuit hard as a rock, gave us normal chicken instead of spicy Cajun chicken, and sandwich with more mayo and pickles than chicken with a hard bun. Cashier was also touching all food with her bare hands
