Super slow, employees overworked and really don’t seem to have morale whatsoever.. food not that great..

My order was processed and my bank account was debited. I arrived at the restaurant to find the drive-thru lane blocked by a parked and unattended vehicle, and the lobby was closed. I tried calling the restaurant but after minutes of ringing no one answered. I was finally able to yell into the restaurant and speak with the manager who, after initally "shooing" me away, informed me the entire restaurant was taking a lunch break. It took minutes of back and forth to get to the point where I was told that if I waited until an employee removed their vehicle from blocking the drive-thru lane I could get my app order THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Jack in the Box has handled the entire COVID fiasco extremely poorly. I will not order from Jack in the Box again and I encourage you to do the same.

This restaurant was very dirty. Trash and receipts laying all over the front counter and floor. The "freestyle" drink machine shot syrup and carbonated water all over the place. We waited for a very long time to get our food but apparently my credit card didn't finish processing... They just brushed off the whole order. Strange. But the guy at the counter was pretty cool and apologetic, so that brought my rating up to 3 stars. Clean your place guys!!

Cashed in some rewards points for a burger on the way home. If you don't have/use the JIB mobile app, you're missing out. Current "in app favorite" includes Ultimate Cheeseburger for $3. Easy to customize food items.

I like the menu at Jack in the. Box.The taste of there burgers are so much better. Good for a change.

This store is a little overwhelmed and the employees have low moral, but most are very nice and respectful. The store is poorly managed; the "Store manager" is one of the rudest people to deal with and his actions are uncalled for. They mostly ignore you until they feel like serving you and there are some health and safety issues with this store. Apparently he "...doesn't care!" Well! You work for Jack in the Box. Do your job and clean the soda machine. I won't go back to this store mostly because the manager runs a nasty operation. Now I would be afraid he would retaliate and spit in my food...lol....Yuck!

Great service, great food. Bathrooms have digital locks and are kept clean. What more could you ask for.

Every time I order tacos, they get my order wrong. Is like they don't know how to count. I go through drive thru and always have to come back inside to fix the problem
