It's not as fast as a person might think. It's not as inexpensive as a person might think either.

Usually short staffed and I have gotten a couple eggshells in my breakfast sandwiches that ruined my experience for that. All in all I'm giving 4 stars because the crew deserves it. The franchise is suffering but still better than others.

Other Jack in box in town was rude so left and went to this one, across town. Excellent service and actually fast food

Have had multiple issues at this location with order errors that require me to go inside to get my order corrected. My last straw with this place was yesterday when they charged me over 2.50 just for a large cup of ice! When I asked for a manager A lady names Lauren came and verified that was true but very sarcastically so I asked for the corporate number and her name. She then got even more rude and refused to give me the number. She lacked everything that it takes to be a manger! I’ll never be back!

HORRIBLE! A STAFF MEMBER STOLE MY BFS DEBIT CARD! Me and my boyfriend had gone to Jack-in-the-Box to get something to eat for lunch before he headed to work when we got there the staff was slightly rude but we ignored it got our food and left a few hours later we had noticed that my boyfriend didn’t have his debit card we later after work returned to Jack in the box and asked them if they had a debit card there the lady asked my boyfriend what his name was and he responded she then paused and said they didn’t have it my boyfriend had to get a new card and a week after he got his new card they called him and told him that they really did have his card these people are thieves they do not care about their job environment it’s sad.PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE

They are never open during the hours the lobby is suppose to be open & their reason for it not being open is they are under staffed. Ok if that's the case then dont u think u would write that on 2 pieces of paper & put it on the 2 doors everybody wakes up too? Back in 2018 when I worked there as crew member but became a team leader in just 3 months we were also under stuffed. I worked the 2pm to 10pm shift & I had myself & 3 other crew members on a Thursday nite market & friday concert in them park & we still managed to have the lobby open & run the drive thru

Went here for lunch and ordered my meal. I saw that I didn't get what I ordered, which is an understandable mistake, so I went back inside to respectfully ask if they could replace it. I had apparently gotten the name of the specific meal wrong, which had never been an issue when I ordered before. Instead of simply clarifying what it was I actually wanted, the person serving me felt the need to instead correct me over semantics outright several times, in an extremely disrespectful manner. When I asked if he could hand me my order so I could leave (I had already paid for it), he referred to me as a "smart aleck" and proceeded to literally run after me out of the restaurant, yelling at me not to come back in a threatening tone. The only positive of the situation was that I had still received my order and it was still corrected. The other woman serving behind the counter was also extremely patient and respectful.
