Customer service is consistently good. Very clean, well stocked and employees are genuinely helpful, polite and work hard to create a nice atmosphere/experience from what I've seen. I travel fairly often so I get to eat at different locations and the only thing I can say about this one is they're too heavy handed with the salt. This is the only in n out I've ever been to that oversalts the burgers so much it makes my heart race. I have to remember to ask for no salt, lol! Otherwise its delicious as usual! ?
I have been avoiding it for a couple years because the drive through line is ridiculous everyday. Goes out the parking lot and down the street. Sometimes it's past three other restaurants down the road. Finally gave in and waited in line. Took forever. Food quality went down hill. Not the same. Definitely not worth the wait. Just open another one in North Chico already. The road isn't a drive through.
I was there yesterday, 3/31. About 1:50 went through the drive through. First time in a year that I have been. I was impressed with a fast food restaurant. I live in Oroville, otherwise I would be there often and have a 3rd chin to prove it. BUT. From the guy outside taking my order, to the two FRIENDLY Young ladies at Both windows, AND my HOT FOOD! I said, why do we spend 60.00 to eat out at restaurants that cannot be nice and cannot manage to bring me hot food. I was so impressed that called customer service. Sorry, I did not get thier names because all three of them understood great customer service and deserved regognition It's rare these days and it shouldn't be.
Great food, great service! Staff is cranking out quality orders with efficiency and quite fast at that. Food is amazing. Clean environment. Received food within 5 minutes of ordering. Offered both drive thru and dine in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would go again!
Love in n out! This place is super friendly and surprisingly fast. You see the drive thru line going all the way down the street and you can still sit there, order, pay and get your food in 20 minutes or less.Food is great, price is great, employees are friendly.
The food is great and so is the service. Just beware of getting burgers during the rush, I have gotten food poisoning twice from this location. Both times the burgers were made during really busy hours. I've eaten here during the slower hours and haven't gotten sick, so just keep that in mind.
What's to review? Best burger around, Yea sure the drive thru line is ridiculous but hey we have smart phones now so sit back enjoy your time or with friends.

The poor people who work here during rush hours should be commended. They still try to be polite and efficient and do a good job, but the sheer number of people during peak hours is crazy. They were on #44 when we ordered, and our number was #66. I think the 20-minute wait was was acceptable given the huge amount of people the staff was dealing with. And, nobody died. Good jobs! ???
Hands down one of the best chains in the fast food industry you can eat at from the simplicity of the menu,pricing customer service to the quality of the product not to mention the hi tech no touch beverage machine...(excellent for preventinon of covid)it's an all around quality stop in fact such quality, people don't hesitate and happily sit in the drive thru that's literally a block long of cars just to indulge in this tasty establishment
