I've had Fresh Cove a few times now and haven't been disappointed yet. The food is delicious and the greens are always crisp. The portions are good for the price, even with the burden of inflation. If you're looking for meal prep options or just want some satisfying healthy food, Fresh Cove is a great choice!
The bowls are delicious!! You can’t go wrong with any of the choices and the portions are giant. The tofu is extra delicious. I ordered four bowls for a four day work week. While they held up great for four days I wouldn’t go beyond two or three again.

It would have been good if my salmon bowl wasn't drenched in wasabi mayo! My bowl was drenched in the sauce and wasn't able to eat it. Which is unfortunate because I heard nothing about good things about this place and it was my 1st time ordering.
