Terrible service and food. Completely disrespectful.
Fast Eddie’s is an amazing sandwich shop that unfortunately is understaffed, yet the prices continue to be increased. ONLY online orders and curbside pickup. Sometimes you’ll deal with a busy signal for 10+ minutes just trying to tell them you are in the lot. Quite a few times my sandwich has ended up soggy due to the extra time waiting in the lot just to get my sandwich. And you used to be able to order extra sauces on pick up and pay cash, now they don’t even take cash anymore, made me go BACK online and place another online order for 2 sauces that cost 2.50. Then I had to wait another ten minutes for them to bring those out. This used to be my favorite place for sandwiches , sadly they can’t seem to keep staffed enough to run properly.
So, called Fast Eddies and was told they only take curbside orders. hung up and called right back with our order after we looked at the menu, and she told us they weren't takeng orders until later today because they were trying to catch up!! big waste of time :-(
Delicious food. Staff is friendly. They only offer curbside pickup at this time but the first trip we sat inside and ate. They have cool sports memorabilia on the walls and a great vibe.
It’s a bummer their food tastes good because their service is abysmal. They should change their name to Slow Eddie’s. The servers are also super rude and could care less. If you want a top tier sandwich from people that actually care, try Spiteris!
Good variety of sandwiches. Fresh and made to order. Parking is a tad iffy but well worth it.
Best sandwiches in town. Sadly mine was made incorrectly today; however, the young woman would took my call & my complaint was apologetic, professional, and worked to resolve my issue. She is the reason I’ll be returning for another sandwich :)
1st timer, new to the area. Will definitely be back! Pastrami sandwich was delicious! Friendly, fast service as well.
Food was amazing but staff not so much. Went in at 2 and ordered and was informed dining area closes in ten minutes so we’d have to get it to go. Staff locked doors and dumping trash before 230 even though hours posted online and on door are that they are opened until 3. Lost money on us as we would have ordered drinks if we hadn’t been rushed out of the building. Staff was just in a hurry to close and wasn’t interested in our business. We had to be escorted out so the doors could be unlocked at 230 think that’s a fire code issue. Bummer experience this time. Missed our cookie with our combos too.
Awesome hot fresh made to order sandwiches! I would definitely recommend stopping in! I’ve driven by here so many times I should have stopped sooner!
