I went here with a family member after they highly recommended it. The pizza was good, we got a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers, and red onions on it (I can't remember what it was called). However, the crust was not distributed well. The crust was very thin in the middle (about the thickness of a piece of pepperoni), so the slice was very floppy, but it had a regular sized crust. For me, it wasn't a huge deal, but it was a more little messy to eat than I'd like, trying to keep the pizza toppings from falling off the floppy crust. My favorite part was the ability to draw on the tables with chalk! I'm no artist, but it brings out my inner kid to draw random things. I loved being able to draw on the table with the fun colors! Overall, I'm going to "chalk" this up to an off pizza, as there was nothing wrong with it except the crust, and I'd love to try it again!
The Pizza here is top notch. Always crisp, always fresh! Friendly counter service and clean environment. Thanks for yet another lovly meal!
The ingredients are high quality, service was ok, but the pizza was very very greasy unfortunately.
For me the crust was to thi. And hardly any sauce on our classic pizza. The toppings were good but just not hitting the spot for me. The prices were way over the top.But I'd go back to try some of the salads that I saw others get.Nice people for sure.Getting to the bathrooms was odd and not very feasible if you have difficulty using stairs.Overall nice vibe.
Good pizza but awful service. I was excited to have a good pizza spot close to my house when we moved to Chico. The first few times we went and/or ordered were great. However, lately it is impossible to get through on the phone and they don’t offer online ordering. The last time I tried to order the phones were not working so I drove over to place an order. I walked in to a handful of customers and 2 young ladies behind the register, backs to me and looking at their phones. I mentioned my experience and they said “yeah…we’ve been really busy and we turned our phones off”. Then she proceeded to tell me there was an hour and a half wait to order a pizza. As I looked around, the entire staff were just standing around. No possible way they were busy. Trying give benefit of the doubt here but this was really bad. Disappointed that we don’t have a good pizza spot anymore.
Tried to call for an hour, phones were not working. Went in to the restaurant, wasn’t busy. Two customers inside. Employees were on personal phones and kitchen staff was not busy. Asked about the phones, the employees said they turned it off. We tried to order pizza to go and were told (with an attitude) it would be over an hour wait for a pizza. Strange way to run a business. Lost a family of customers today for sure.
Visiting Chico and this is my first time here and the food is amazing ??
Overly expensive, tiny, incredibly tough pizzas. Toppings are interesting and not bad, but the overdone dough/crust is unpleasant at best. Probably one of the worst I've ever had. Also, they want a tip upfront, which I think is crazy. Nobody wants to be put on the spot like that, especially if the product is not particularly good.
Awesome pizza but don't order a 50/50 unless you want to get overcharged. Wound up paying 32 bucks for a half veggie half pep and sausage.
Good pizza. Good salads. Good beer. Nice place.
