I'm up in Chico with my wife to be with my father in law at the hospital who has covid. I've been going to this Dutch Bros everyday in the mornings since I've been up here and they have been amazing! There's this girl that's is there in the morning who knows our situation and is always asking about my father in law. She even gave us our drinks on the house one morning. Going to Dutch Bros has definitely been a life saver. Being greeted with a smile and talking to someone who genuinely cares goes a long way... Plus the coffee is amazing. Definitely greatful for the people and the coffee at Dutch Bros.
I only go to this location. These kids are pure gold... Plus, they always get my drinks done perfectly and quickly.
Came in late and grumpy, and these two hardworking knuckleheads made quick work of my order. Had me laughing before I got to the window, definitely friendly staff.Also, on this same night ?, I found out this location really appreciates their customers. Apparently, the employees here occasionally leave gift cards to be used with random customers orders. I damne near got my order for the night for a dollar. I love this company and their products, and this location is a shining example as to why.Thank you so much!!

Great place and. Great people. If you like coffee ice or hot try them out they way better then. Any other coffee place in town if u don't feel like coffee and you need a pick me up or just. WAnt a good drink. Get a rebel hour choice of flavor
