Never thought we'd find a place we liked as much as dolly-o's up on the ridge let alone a place we liked even more but alas!! This shop is the best I've ever had! Been going here since the fire and it has kept our Saturday morning donut tradition alive! This means more to our family than you could possibly imagine!
This place is ABSOLUTELY so delicious!!!! Fresh, tasty, so many options, even a blueberry old fashioned!! Bakers dozen, cash only, and open all the time! The Tiger Tail reminded me of high school when I used to frequent a different donut shop early in the morning before school. The viewing window is a pretty cool feature to see the bakers baking. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes tasty fresh donuts. No photos since we totally ate them all pretty quickly. Thanks for all the deliciousness.
Awesome donuts! They have an amazing selection. They have donut holes and cake donuts if you want a small one. Their twists, squares, and fritters are huge. Remember to bring cash because they don't take card. Not too expensive either.
NOTHING beats these classically made doughnuts to perfect and the amazing staff who serves them up!
Donut Nook have the best donuts I've ever had in my life!I highly recommend trying out their maple chocolate squares!!
Cash only, and the ATM charges $2.25, which is more than a debit card fee would be, so the whole transaction was actually more expensive and inconvenient than it needed to be. Service was “meh”, so hopefully the donuts are stellar
Donuts are tasty, seems to be the spot for donuts in Chico. Only thing is they only accept CASH, and the dozen doesn't come in a closed container box it's usually food grade wax paper that's used as a lid.

This is another place that I used to go with my family when I was a kid. Every Saturday after soccer games in the morning, we would go to the donut nook to get maple bars and chocolate bars. The place hasn't changed in 30 some odd years.... But there's no reason to. You can't make perfect any better! Best donuts I've ever had.
Only place in Chico I will get donuts. Staff seem happy and are easy to interact with. Cash onlyb but, has an ATT inside
