Without wanting to get anyone in trouble, you should probably train your delivery drivers NOT to yell out the customer's name while handing them their pizza at 11pm, or, for that matter, at any time of the day or night...but especially at night. No one wants the entire block to know that their fas azz is ordering pizza and wings ?. Again...not trying to get anyone in trouble...but please...have some discretion.
Decent food but sometimes they just take forever to deliver, even on my own birthday they were late !
I ordered 1 medium 2 topping pizza, a pasta, and wings at 6:55pm on a Tuesday night. I call at 8:00pm to check in on the ETA. They said its already out for delivery. Great!! I live a few blocks away( I couldn't order for pick-up because I had Covid) should be fast. Nope!!! After watching the driver on the tracker go around town they finally get to me. It's 8:45pm now. I'm getting pretty impatient. They make one last stop about 2 blocks away from me. Them I see them drive right past my house back to HQ. Not 1 minute later I get a text from a rando saying they just got my pizza delivered to them. So I call Domino's back and tell them what happened. They refused to give me a deal or a discount. I don't want to wait another 2 hours again. I told them to just give me my money back. Super unsatisfied. The employee was nice but still.
Love dominos but currently have been waiting for 2 hours, 1 hour after the pizza has been out of the oven, I I absolutely do not blame the employees for this!!! but dominos should be more up front about their wait times when they are short staffed. Again I do not blame the employees they are amazing and are doing their best!
Every single time I order from here there’s an issue. I like the pasta bread bowls but now every single time I order them they’re wrong. Even when I go into specific detail about my orders. I never get any type of empathy from the staff. They are argumentative confrontational people. The manager Lacey is one of the worst individuals in Customer Service ever. She just enjoys arguing and not finding any kind of solution to the problem and she doesn’t do anything to benefit her store. Hire better staff. And when an order is wrong, own up to it.
The pizza was burnt and tasted wack. The wings tasted ok, but were soft and soggy and squishy. Blegh. Wanted to give 1 star, but our deliverer, Jerome, was bright and cheery and made me feel like a valued customer. But nah, forget this dominos.
The food from dominos is penance for ordering dominos. Also pay your workers more!
The pasta dish we ordered was good. The boneless chicken was good. Unfortunately, my thin crust pizza was pretty burned. Because it was overcooked, it was pretty dry. Two out of three so I was nice and gave 3 stars. It was the store on Walnut Ave in Chico CA.
I thought Domino's was terrable years ago but I heard they changed menu and added somethings. We got a large three toping pizza and a box of I don't know what. It looked like something I stepped on once. My wife ate one slice l ate two the rest wen't into the garbage disposal. The noise the disposal made it didn't like it eather. BUYER BE WEAR..
