Pros:- Customer service is as good as it has ever been at this location- Food is well made- It's this or Carl's Jr. after a certain hour in ChicoCons:- Extremely high pricesI've been ordering carryout from this Denny's for over 15 years. At best you can expect acceptable service, at worst a long wait and you don't get what you paid for. Right now the employees are great, the cooks are great, and the only problem is the extreme pricing.
Waitress is nice. Food was regular good Denny's food and good service and so thankful they're open 24/7 no bloody nobody else was open that late
We moved to Chico a year ago and this is the nicest Denny's I've ever been too. Every time we come here the food slaps and every single worker is amazing. Have not had a bad experience here. Even if it's busy you'll never have to wait long to be seated or for your food!
Food quality is consistent and the service is good. The biggest downer is the price of their regular black coffee. Because of how often they swing by, you get 1 12oz cup and if you're lucky a refill and it's almost $4. Other dennys charge about 2.29 to 2.59. Some 2.99.
It was ok. Service was ok. Our order was taken after someone was seated after us and their order taken first. Drinks were never refilled. Waitress kept playing in her phone in a corner by a register. The food was good.
The atmosphere is really nice, and the food is good for a place like this. Denny's makes really great milkshakes, too! Our waitress was really nice as well.
Something has happened to this Denny's. The salmon used to be cooked to perfection. Now it is served (to me anyway) way overcooked, with hard dry edges. I am compelled to write this review, because I also received another horrible meal lately. My hamburger, that I ordered to go, had almost no meat in it, when I stopped to eat it. There were 3 small strings of greasy, nearly inedible meat. I always overtip. Even on go orders. I simply do not understand how this place went downhill, so fast.
Food was very quik n cooked well just didnt have much flavor unfortunately.. service started out good but switched half way thru our meal which kinda sucks. I wouldn’t say it was bad service just lack of. Either way it was still a better experience then some of tha other dennys we have visited...
I mean it's Denny's it's an American institution. It was Christmas and the waitresses and everyone in the back of the house were working very hard. I say they deserve time off to be with their families, with pay! They will have a returning customer in the near future.
