Usually I have not had a lot of problems here but my last visit was horrible. Drive thru was very, very slow. They were having a hard time getting my order, and they told me when I got to the window to remind them what order I had. I got to the window, and the order was all ready, and it was the wrong order. I canceled the order and drove away!!

The 2 is because the food is good the 30 minute wait in drive through to get to the window and wait 15 more minutes is ridiculous. 45 minutes of wait staff only capable of two orders every 45 minutes doesn’t qualify as fast food . Why did we raise minimum wage and lower the standard / quality of workers ?????
Wait was obnoxiously long for four cars. Took me about thirty minutes to make it through.Food was good though and the staff is always excellent on the window. I feel like the food has taken a huge positive turn in the last few months, don't know why.
The dollar tostada is a great value. Drive thru isn't the fastest but the food is good.
I had a wonderful experience in the drive through this evening around 6.30 to 6.45pm on 12/09/2021 . I was in drive through in my jeep waiting to order at Del Taco.There was a lady in a car in front of me and she was trying to order her food but she was not able to look menu as my jeep lights were blinding her view to look the menu. I saw her inconvenience and turned my lights off .She ordered and she went to the window to collect her food and she drove off.I was next in line and I went to window to collect my food.As soon as I went to the window, Del Taco lady said that my food expenses were already paid by the lady who was in front of me.I did not knew that. I really want to thank that lady who paid for my food.I just want to say it’s not about money she paid but she has a wonderful heart and I want to say thanks to that lady in person.World would be a better place if we have more persons like her …..?????
I hate being this person but I've gone to Del Taco 5 times and 4 times they have messed up my order bad. I pay extra for large, guacamole, etc. There have been various times and ways they've messed up my order. This time I ordered the guac taco qusadilla meal, with a large fries, and a large caramel apple milkshake. I get my food and pull out, check it, (stupid of me, I should have checked it before I pulled out) there is no fries. I go and park my car and run in, girl gives me the fries, I get home and realize they are regular tacos, no guac, which I payed extra for. I will not be coming back.
They were very slow today. I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 mins. When I finally got my order, it was cold. Im really disappointed in them today. I have always loved going there, but not anymore. Very sad?

Its amazing food but sometimes they will use the same spoon for the beans and onions!
