Nice people, good tea, but location, I don't think Merriam park area fit Chico.

Nice big coffee shop with comfy seating in 2 levels. A small menu of healthy food, and the breakfast burrito was very good.
I'm the kind of person who prefers not over spending on artisan coffee, but this place merits a visit . The espresso was excellent and the baristas definitely check the flavor beforehand, beautiful crema with leaf design and a clean and welcoming lounge area.
The mochas are yummy and they use real whipped cream! The granola is by far the best I've had...so good ☺️

We love Day Camp! Currently I'm into the cardamom maple latte! Their avocado toast is the best in town. The balance of sea salt, microgreens and pickled onion compliments the avocado in the most satisfying of ways. Just thinking about the creamy goodness excites my salivary cells! Not sure where they source the avocado from, but they always deliver a mash at the crux of ripe freshness.The decor is an industrial-green-sheek playing the part of hip but not obnoxiously so, and I find it easy to focus either ample space and lighting. The music is generally interesting and of note. I've found a few new favorites indie bands while patronizing there. Local artists are featured and the exhibits change often.Great place to meet up with friends, enjoy some solo time or a mother-daughter coffee date. The shop is locally owned and strives to provide a safe inclusive space for all guests. Our family appreciates this local gem.
Great space. Espresso drinks are not as strong as I would like.( I like it stronger than most) but flavorful - next time, I’ll add an extra shot. Baked goods are delicious!
